Beautiful home surrounded by nature and super quiet. The porch has mosquitoes screen so it's a pleasure to use it at anytime of the day. Peaceful

La casa es muy linda tal como sale en las fotos, Sophie siempre dispuesta a solucionar y ayudar en todo lo que necesitamos. De verdad nos ayudó con todo…. profesor para surf, carro de golf, datos de playas y lugares e incluso logró que me devolvieran la $ en un lugar donde me cobraron demás… Lo único que no me gustó es que en el segundo piso solo hay mallas no vidrios y eso hace que se escuche muy fuerte el sonido de afuera ( pájaros y animales o insectos), y que pase el viento de un lado al otro mientras duermes lo que hacía sonar las puertas.

We’ve stayed at many houses in Hacienda Iguana and this house was by far our favorite. It’s got an amazing layout and gorgeous furniture + comfortable beds. But I’ll always remember the spectacular wrap around screened in porches on both levels. We stayed with our 4 month old and it was so beautiful to give him his midnight bottle in an Adirondack rocking chair on the screened in patio off the main bedroom…precious ‘new mom moments’ under the moon, stars, with the sound of the ocean (you can hear the waves at Panga Drops surf break). The property is located directly across the dirt road from the most secluded part of the beach. We had gorgeous evening walks at low tide sunset and came home to cook dinners in the well appointed kitchen. We had coffee by the crystal clear pool in the mornings and really enjoyed being walkable to Rancho Santanas Taqueria + the cute restaurants in Iguana. Bonus: we decided to elope! Our stay at The Beach House was absolutely perfect. We cooked every dinner at home and The kitchen had more items than my own kitchen!!! Often, Airnb's have few dish towels and bathroom towels.. not the case here! Yay! The air conditioning worked great! Hot water too! The pool was sparkly clean. Sophie was quick to respond, and very friendly and accommodating from the time I booked to check out. She even let us know about local ceviche and coconuts!! I think the biggest compliment to an Airnb is if I would stay there again and I would say yes definitely!

This airbnb experience was perfect in every way. The house is beautiful and sits 1 minute from the most beautiful beach. The hosts were extremely accommodating and helped us line up transportation to and from the airport, and rent golf carts for the duration of our stay. They even brought local food for us to try. Nice and communicative 💪 we will definitely be back soon! Thanks for everything.

You can tell that this sweet beach house was thoughtfully set up for guests. It has all of the appliances you would want to feel right at home. It was safe, comfortable, and just a stone’s throw from the beach. Awesome place, and an awesome host! Thank you 😊

Steve's place is a wonderful stay in Iguana Beach. The location is excellent—while it's not directly on the beach, it almost feels like it is, as the ocean is just a short walk across the street. The place is comfortable and feels like home from the moment you step in. The architecture and decoration are modern, welcoming, and cozy. It's the perfect spot for a getaway for a couple or a small group of adults. As for things to do, besides enjoying the spectacular beach, you can jog or bike around the community’s perimeter, surf or golf if that’s your thing, or visit the nearby restaurants, all within walking distance. However, be aware it's not ideal for small children or people with accessibility issues, as the spiral staircase has no railing on one side, and the small pool is elevated above the ground. That said, Steve and Sophie are wonderful hosts. They’re receptive and accommodating. I highly recommend Steve's place.
