The Space
Cabañas Litos 3 provides a private, fully equipped retreat designed for comfort and relaxation. The cabin includes:
- Fully equipped kitchen with utensils, plates, cutlery, microwave, electric skillet, rice cooker, water heater, refrigerator, and a dining table.
- Bedroom 1: Cozy queen-size bed, wardrobe, and ample storage space.
- Bedroom 2: Bunk bed with a double bed below and a single bed above, plus additional clothing storage.
- TV room featuring a sofa bed and a television for entertainment.
- Shared bathroom located between the two bedrooms, offering hot water.
- Porch furnished with two chairs overlooking a lush tropical garden.
High-speed internet with 100MB is available throughout the property, ideal for remote work or staying connected.
Guests also have access to shared amenities, including a beautiful pool, tropical gardens, and a BBQ ranch area.

Situated just 300 meters from the main square, Cabañas Litos 3 is conveniently close to restaurants and a variety of exciting activities such as rafting and hot springs.

Private parking is available for convenience. Entry to the property is secured with a direct key code. While cabin access is independent, some common spaces are shared with cabins Litos 1 and 2.

Our 3 nights in La Fortuna was just perfect - loved being able to walk out the gate to coffee, shops and restaurants yet have peace and quiet when in the casita. The pool was refreshing in the humidity and we had it to ourselves despite other units being filled. Highly recommend letting the team set up your experiences ahead of time - we had an amazing day (hanging bridges, volcano, waterfalls) and a night a walk, both with Adrien, he was the best!!

We had an amazing stay! Host was very responsive and nice. We loved the cabin and the common area was great, my kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We even spot a sloth and her baby on our last day hanging out in a tree by the pool. I would love to come back one day!

His place was great, clean, close to everything in town and their tour concierge helped a lot giving activity scheduled. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a convenient place to stay in La Fortuna.

We had the best time at this Airbnb. We wish we could have stayed longer. It is beautiful, clean, peaceful. You are right at home. Our most favorite stay this trip to Costa Rica. Gustavo and crew were the best. Very kind, helpful, and attentive. We will be back. Pura Vida

Fantastic stay at Gustavo’s! It was a beautiful space that was private yet, walkable. Lots of bird watching & pool was nice as well. There was a problem with water & the host responded promptly and all was good! Close to lots, highly recommend!🌴🌺🦜

We had a wonderful stay at Gustavo’s home in La Fortuna. The property was clean, comfortable, secure, and very well maintained. The location was great for exploring the area while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. Everything was exactly as described, and our family really enjoyed our time here. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting La Fortuna!
