The Space

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation rental is situated in Las Catalinas, a charming Mediterranean-style beach town that is completely walkable and vehicle-free. The community offers numerous on-site amenities designed to enhance your vacation experience.

The apartment is surprisingly spacious, ideal for a family of five or two couples. It is located just steps from the beach and nearby trails, while still being in the heart of town. A covered dining terrace overlooks the lush, green Monkey Corridor, providing a natural ambiance right from the comfort of your home.

Inside, the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas feature natural wood beams, bright white walls, and high ceilings, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Seating is available throughout the interior and on the porch, encouraging relaxation and socializing between outings.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a large refrigerator, and all necessary utensils. It is positioned in front of a window that fills the space with natural light. A bar with stools for two offers a casual spot for conversation while cooking. For meals, there is a dining table that seats eight, and the living room provides comfortable seating to enjoy movies or series on the flat-screen smart TV (note: cable is not included).

Three terraces overlook the Mediterranean-style town, each furnished with hammocks and chairs for relaxation. The largest terrace features ample seating and a large BBQ grill, perfect for outdoor gatherings.

The master bedroom contains a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a standalone shower and bathtub. It also includes a double vanity with generous storage, a spacious closet, and a desk with two chairs for added convenience.

The guest bedroom offers a bunk bed arrangement with one queen bed and one single bed. It also has an ensuite bathroom with a standalone shower and a closet.

A travel crib is available upon request through the concierge team, subject to availability and an additional fee.

The home comes fully stocked with extras such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more. Complimentary amenities include coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap.

This vacation rental is fully air-conditioned and provides high-speed Wi-Fi. Parking for two cars is free, managed with an environmentally friendly reusable card provided upon arrival. Please note, a $50 USD replacement fee applies if the card is lost or not returned. Parking on the main road is prohibited.
