Casa Caracol in an exclusive area with an excellent view

Great place, we had a good time. There was an issue with the water system, but Pepe helped us solved it

This is a great place to stay, very safe. The house is perfect, no complaints at all. We had everything we needed and more. Pepe is a great host and Mirna, the housekeeper, is lovely and helpful. There’s a lot of places to eat nearby, but UberEats is also a lifesaver. I would definitely recommend this home.

Location was excellent views were amazing! Pepe was very attentive always communicating and checking after us and Mirna that was the person helping us and cleaning every day. She was very nice and always willing to help. I’ll definitely go back to this place.

Todo muy bien, la atención de Pepe y la señorita Mirna es de admirarse, las instalaciones en perfecto estado y ellos son muy atentos, sin duda las mejores vacaciones en Acapulco.

El lugar es muy tranquilo. Excelente para descansar. ¡La vista es increíble! La alberca súper limpia y la temperatura del agua excelente con el puro sol que le da. ¡La atención de Mirna que nos apoyó con la recepción, limpieza y salida fue extraordinaria! ¡Los desayunos y comidas de Doña Columba que nos preparó, fueron exquisitos! ¡Muchas gracias Pepé! ¡La pasamos increíble!

We had an amazing stay at Pepe’s property in Acapulco! The house is beautiful, very spacious, and the ocean view is absolutely stunning — even better in person. The pool was large and perfect for relaxing with the family, and the overall space made our 5-day stay incredibly comfortable. Pepe was a great host — very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. One of the highlights was having the option to hire a cook. Elvira prepared incredible meals for us, and it truly elevated our experience. Her food was delicious, and it made our time there even more special. We really enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Acapulco. Thank you, Pepe, for everything!

Fue de nuestro agrado la casa de Pepe, quedarnos en su casa fue la mejor decisión que pudimos tomar, nuestra familia se sintió en casa muy acogedor y sobre todo bien distribuido. La comunicación con Pepe y Mirna fue lo mejor y sobre todo super amigables, nos ayudaron durante nuestra estancia. Agradezco infinitamente que nuestras vacaciones fueran un momento inolvidable. Excelente servicio!

La llegada fue muy sencilla; el acceso fue ágil y desde el primer momento recibimos una atención amable. La casa tiene una vista espectacular y la alberca es bastante amplia, ideal para nadar cómodamente. El alojamiento se mantuvo limpio y en buen estado en todo momento, lo cual se agradece. Viajamos con mascotas y se adaptaron sin problema, lo que también habla bien del espacio. La zona es tranquila, sin ruidos molestos, perfecta para descansar. Pepe siempre estuvo pendiente y demostró ser un excelente anfitrión.
