The home is perfectly situated between two newly renovated pools and provides access to all Phase 2 facilities, including a soon-to-be-renovated clubhouse. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, while the living room benefits from excellent ventilation with screened doors. The villa welcomes families, friends, and couples seeking spectacular sunsets and adventure.
Inside, you will find elegant decor with ceramic tile floors and exotic hardwood trim throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, cooktop, microwave, and ceramic tile countertops with custom wood cabinetry. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, Bluetooth stereo, smart TV for personal media, and free Wi-Fi.

Casa Sosiego is located in the gated Pelican Eyes community, known for its security and natural beauty. The resort offers a network of hillside walking trails, wildlife viewing, hidden niches, and expansive green common areas to explore.
The property is set on a hillside approximately 250 steps from the town center or a 3-minute drive to the central park. It is just minutes from the beach, providing easy access to a variety of activities such as surfing, rappelling, horseback riding, fishing, shopping, and nightlife.
Parking is available right at the house, with additional spaces behind the home. Taxis are readily accessible for trips to San Juan town, nearby beaches, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and tour operators.

Additional Information
- Electricity is costly in San Juan; guests are asked to turn off air conditioning when not at home.

- Daily cleaning services are offered upon request for an additional fee, including bed making, dishwashing, garbage disposal, and sweeping.
- The villa comfortably accommodates six guests under air conditioning.
Pool Rules
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, the following pool regulations apply:
- Using the pool implies acceptance of these rules.
- No running or diving is allowed.
- Minors must be supervised continuously by an accompanying adult. Toddlers are required to wear swim-proof diapers.
- Animals are strictly prohibited in the pool area.
- A maximum of eight guests per unit is allowed.
- Guests are fully responsible for any accidents.
- Pool activities should respect the safety and comfort of others; music is not permitted.
- Users must:
- Rinse off in the shower before entering the pool, especially after applying sunscreen or returning from the beach.
- Wear swimsuits designated for swimming only.
- Avoid glass containers in the pool area.
- Leave the area clean.
- Repeated violations may result in loss of pool access without compensation.

Claudia was our point of contact and she reached out with instructions and assistance before we even set off for the check in. The house was super cool with lots of zones for hanging out and integrated nicely into the complex. It’s a sort of house/condo mix with villas surrounding a pool instead of adjoining walls. The only bummer was that the directions embedded in the listing take you to another hill nearer the coast that is not the right place… but looks like it could have a view. After some back and forth we got the right location. The guards are super on it. It feels very safe, but it’s not a dangerous town anyway. We will definitely stay here again when coming to sjds.

Scott’s place was amazing. Gorgeous views, incredible pools, and a beautiful casa to stay in. Felt so quiet and relaxing, but only a short walk down the stairs to the bustle of town. We would definitely stay there again. The only hard part was that the security guard wouldn’t let us through the gate initially so we could check in, but it also made it feel pretty safe.

Scott’s place was lovely. Great view, great pools. It’s close to town, but be prepared that there are a lot of steps if you choose to walk (renting a vehicle was also very easy if waking isn’t for you). Claudia was so helpful with any and all day to day things we needed. There is security on site, it felt very safe.

The view of Pelican eyes are absolutely spectacular. I love the pool was able to swim laps regularly. It is convenient to down town area for all the festivities. The stay went really smooth... really enjoyed our stay. Friendly community in this complex met alot of great folks.

Great place, amazing views. Only down side was power went out a few times but it was the whole city. Not much can do about that! The views are amazing!!
