Villa in Cancún

Overall our stay at this home was excellent & we GREATLY appreciated being able to book same day after a terrible stay at one of the other Villas Nizuc condos not run by this host. Everything functioned and was incredibly clean- it 100% looked like the photos. You can’t beat the location either- our kiddo loved the pool & green space. Direct beach access & on the hotel strip. We did have a mishap with communication in regards to our late checkout but the minor inconvenience of not having a late checkout is so minimal compared to the the rest of the stay & service. Also worth mentioning the wifi only works in the house. It’s not strong enough to work on the patio at the house or down by the pool- so if you need wifi to work, you have to stay inside the home!

a beautiful place

Great place right on the beach - would recommend to a friend. Probably the only word of caution is that all the resorts up the way are all-inclusive so their restaurants are not open to the public - don't walk up there expecting to be seated! Navios (upscale) and KM19.5 (casual) on the lagoon side are great, walkable options. Uber works well for pickup right in front if going farther. Enjoyed out stay!

The stay was great. Very reachable. On our check out day, we accidentally forgot jewelry behind. The cleaning crew put the jewelry in a safe place and was available for us when we arrived back

Place was amazing. Great view and easy access to the beach! Beach was beautiful. It was nice to have a pool that wasn’t packed! It would be nice if there were grills. But we loved the place, nicely furnished and amazing view! Our host was very responsive.

Excellent property and host.

This place was gorgeous and accommodated all our needs for a family of 8. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Beach area is private, clean and serene. It’s a truly a magical experience. Thanks for making this happen for us!
