Villa Eden an oceanfront gem in Cozumel

We had a great stay at Villa Eden. We were visiting for my husband to compete in Ironman and the house was right on the bike course which was perfect! We really enjoyed having both the ocean and the pool at our disposal. Genny was wonderful and we enjoyed seeing her every day and eating some of her delicious meals. We did have an issue when we arrived, but Ronan and others were quick to accommodate us. I would definitely recommend Villa Eden, it has everything you need for a relaxing vacation!

It's our 5th stay in the house, over a decade. The air conditioning was all working well which was nice for our time of year in the house. House was clean, rooms were clean and well kept. We could get right in the ocean and it is about 4ft deep off of the dock and easy to swim out to deeper ocean if needed. There is a lot to like about the place for sure If I had to say anything that could be improved would be the pool area & pool furniture was kind of weathered... again not bad. The water pressure in the showers along with hot water consistency could be improved but it is a 5 bedroom and sometimes we were all going at the same time. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything. We hired cooks for a few dinners and they were fabulous, they were on time, clean and the food was fresh and awesome!! We also asked to have the house pre-stocked with our grocery list when we arrived and that happened as requested -- all in GREAT time!

This place is magic. The house has a timeless villa feel with private pool and hot tub that looks out on to your private dock access to the ocean. The staff was so sweet and even baked a delicious cake for my wife's birthday. I definitely recommend adding the chef service, all the food was amazing and had the local flavor. Worth it for the homemade salsas alone. Host was super communicative and well organized. We're planning to come back next year for sure.

Villa Eden is a great place to stay in Cozumel. The common rooms and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and well air conditioned. The house has great indoor outdoor flow all the way out to the ocean. You can't swim too far out because of boat traffic but there are shallow areas of reef right at the shore, especially to the left as you enter the ocean. Our group took lots of quick dips and mini snorkels there. We hired the chefs who cooked delicious food and we're very accommodating. The house also comes with daily cleaning so it always looked great. We used taxis for a couple days and rented a car for a couple days.. Either way was very easy. The host and house managers are organized and communicative and we didn't run into even a single unexpected problem. highly recommended

This is the second time we have stayed in Cozumel on one of Ronen's properties and much like last time our experience was fantastic. He seems to have systems in place that offer everything you need and more to make your trip unforgettable. Communication is easy, and available. We plan to be here every year we can afford to. A few really special things to note. The snorkeling is fantastic off your private dock in the backyard and it's nice to have the paddle boards and kayaks available. The hot tub and pool are comfortable and warm. The staff and cleanliness inside and outside the property are fantastic. Thanks Ronen! Can't wait for next year!

Fantastic location and very clean home. The entire support team did a fantastic job and our in-house chef Jorge was excellent. Cleaning by Genny and team was also perfect and Saul and his team did a great job maintaining the pool and outdoor living. Great backup and communication by owners Sandra and Fulvio ensuring that everything was to our liking.

Truly Eden - My family and I absolutely loved our week at Villa Eden. Genny and Ceci took care of the home and made us wonderful meals everyday - They are such wonderful and talented women. The Gardener kept everything beautiful and manicured. The pool is absolutely wonderful and the ocean right in front of the home was teaming with wildlife and crystal clear water. We look forward to making our visit a yearly affair. Thank you again for such a wonderful time! J
