The Space

This property offers four beds: three king-size and one queen-size. If you require an additional bed, bedding, and towels, there is an extra charge. The extra mattress can be placed in the living room or one of the bedrooms, depending on your preference.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire upper terrace area.

Location and Access

The roads leading to the property are not suitable for bald tires. Skilled drivers can manage with a 4x2 vehicle, but be prepared to climb hills to reach the scenic views.

Flamingo Marina is approximately a 15-minute drive away.

Please note that there is no beachfront access or walking path to the beach from the property.

Identification is required upon arrival.

Amenities and Features

• No cable television available.
• 24-hour security is provided on-site.
• Ample parking space for five cars is located directly beside the house.
• Additional parking is available on the third terrace below, accommodating many more vehicles.
• Pets are allowed with a fee of 50,000 colones. All pets must be declared in advance.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are asked to wash all dishes and collect their garbage before checkout to help prepare the space promptly for the next visitors.

Additional Notes

Street signs are available to assist with navigation to the house.
