Guest Information
- Maximum occupancy is 30 guests, with an additional charge of $25 per guest per night beyond the standard capacity.

- Day guests are charged $15 per person.
- From the ninth guest onward, costs vary and must be added accordingly in the booking app.
- Full guest and pet details must be provided.
Check-In and Check-Out
Our schedule is arranged to welcome new guests with a clean and well-organized property on the same day as previous check-out. This timing ensures the space is always maintained in excellent condition.
If there is no booking on the same day, we offer flexible check-in and check-out times at no extra cost, allowing an additional hour after check-out or an hour before the regular check-in time.

A mi familia y a mi nos gustó mucho el alojamiento. Es lo que se muestra en las fotos. Buena ubicación, serca de super mercados y playa. El lugar es acojedor, con buena cantidad de cuartos y camas para acomodar a un grupo de más de 11 personas. La cocina tiene utensilios básicos. La parte de afuera cuenta con un patio amplio con muchos árboles/palmeras lo que brinda mucha privacidad y tiene varios espacios para relajarse en familia o pareja. La atención de Manuel siempre muy cordial y nos respondía muy rápido. Definitivamente volveremos!

Celebré mi cumpleaños y la pasé increíble, a mis amigos y a mi nos encantó el lugar. El lugar es hermoso y las instalaciones parecen de novela. Sin duda lo volvería a elegir. Espacio excelente para compartir en familia o con amigos.

Linda casa y espaciosa para grupos grandes. Piscina limpia y muy bien conservada. Flexibles para el check-in antes. Pero podrían mejorar algunos muebles y utensilios de cocina que están deteriorados. También podrían añadir agua caliente en la casa y en uno de los cuartos el AA se apaga múltiples veces en la noche.

Manuel’s place was wonderful!! He was very responsive and accommodating. The place is just as pictured. Private and serene. The rooms and spaces were just what we needed. Would definitely book again.
