This home is professionally decorated and showcases artwork created by Costa Rican artists.
In response to COVID-19, enhanced cleaning and disinfection protocols have been implemented to ensure guest safety.

Immediately when we arrived we were taken by the beautiful house, tropical landscaping and very convenient plunge pool although we really enjoyed the community pool and cabana near the beach too. We felt very much at home. The beach is good for surfers but a little rough. There are walkable restaurants down the beach where we watched the sunset over dinner and drinks. Absolutely loved Silvia and Eddie's home in Jaco! Would highly recommend.

This property is conveniently located on the quiet end of North Jaco beach, just steps to the ocean. La Flora has 24 hour security, is beautifully landscaped with lots of wildlife, and a great pool! Returning guests and we always stay at Silvia and Eddie’s place. They are always wonderful hosts.

Eddie and Sylvia’s home was absolutely amazing! It surpassed our expectations in every way. The furnishings, linens, and even the dinnerware were tasteful and high quality! The neighborhood is so safe and you can hear the crashing waves from the backyard. We are so grateful that they shared their beautiful home with us- we will definitely be back!!

Great place. Great location (took time to find though). Loved the gated community! Just have to remember... tropical climate, so there were a few insects around, such as ants in the kitchen. Also, landscapers have back yard access, so don't be surprised when you see them in the morning taking care of it (as we were).

The home is beautiful and in a lovely setting. It is nicely decorated. Tile flooring and showers and granite counter tops, greenery all around outside. Lovely backyard with small pool. Friendly environment in this gated community. Short walk to communal pool which was lovely and well maintained. Short walk to the beach, a beautiful long beach with a small river at one end. We stayed three weeks. It is spacious for six people. We had some major concerns with plumbing and musty smell in the master bedroom. These were addressed quickly by our hosts, but impacted our visit substantially. The plumbing was rectified after the first week but the bedroom continued to smell during our entire stay. We suggest removal of the mattress and boxspring as after moving out all the other furniture that still smelled. With a new bed it would be perfect. We were lucky to have met Silvia and Eddie and invited them in for a visit. They were very friendly and helpful.
