The Space
Casa Mar y Sol is a charming and tranquil villa perfect for a relaxing vacation. Situated on the beautiful Marsella Beach, guests can enjoy breathtaking sunsets, unwind in the lovely gardens, and soak up the sun either on the beach or by the private pool. This villa features three roomy bedrooms equipped with air conditioning and hot water, along with two full bathrooms.

An extra casita is available for an additional fee. It includes a queen bed accommodating two people, a mini kitchenette with a small refrigerator and coffee maker, and a full bathroom. This casita is only rented together with the main house and not separately. Please message for more information.

Guests are allowed up to 35 kWh of electricity per day. Any usage beyond this limit will be charged at $0.50 per kWh.
The additional casita with a queen bed, full bathroom, and kitchenette is available upon inquiry for pricing and details.

Beautiful place on Marsella Beach in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. Beach front, literally on the beach, with an amazing view of the sunset. The house es very well equipped, the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Tha kitchen had everything. The staff is always nearby, helpful and very responsive, taking care of the place very early in the day so you always wake up to a tidy terrace, clean pool and watered garden. Casa Mar y Sol is a gem 💎. Book it!

David’s place Casa Mar y Sol is one of the most private and beautiful places I have had the pleasure to stay at and relax the days away. This place scores high with me and my family who throughly enjoyed their stay as well. Casa Mar y Sol is well taken care of and the care taker Fabio and his wife were excellent taking care of our needs making sure we had all we needed to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Casa Mar y Sol is well represented with all amenities and matches the description on the listing. The place is big enough for all the family to enjoy, we made many memories together and would recommend David’s place to other families who want a true beach house getaway. A very big thank you to David and his staff for making our vacation a safe and memorable one…we felt right at home and hope to be back soon.

The house was as described, Fabio the caretaker was friendly and super helpful, he went to the store for us to pick up a last minute item once we had settled in. The house was very clean and welcoming. It would have been ideal if living room had an air conditioning and a venting fan in the outside patio as it gets really hot in both places. Overall, we were pleased and would visit again.

David’s is very nice, it’s well kept, clean. You definitely need a SUV and preferably 4x4, the roads leading to the house has several areas that can get large puddles of water that can get almost knee deep. Fabio and a Leslie who are the house service team are amazing and they go above and beyond to help you in anything you need. Fabio can guide you in the at arrival in the vent you get lost. The house is right by the beach, the pools is very nice well kept and clean but if you have young children and they don’t swim well you need to bring them life vest or floating devices. Overall I recommend David’s house it was amazing I stayed there with my son 17 years old, daughter 7 years old my wife, my dad and aunt and we all enjoyed it.

Toda nuestra familia quedó encantada con la casa, nos encantó y definitivamente volveremos, justo enfrente de la playa, el agua definitivamente la piscina es caliente, los cuartos cómodos, cocina bien equipada, buen wifi, limpio y sus cuidadores respondieron a nuestras necesidades, la entrada del lugar es justo enfrente del PUENTE BASTON, viniendo de San Juan del sur. Nos encantó esta casa!

We had a wonderful stay with our family and only wish we had booked for longer! The location is stunning — right in front of the beach with incredible views that made for a truly relaxing trip. Flavio and his wife were incredibly kind and welcoming. A highlight was the in-house massage service, which was a treat. One thing to keep in mind: there is only one restaurant nearby, though San Juan del Sur is not far. For families with young children, I’d recommend bringing your own drinks and food. We will definitely be back — next time for a full week!
