Es un lugar cómodo, seguro y acogedor, totalmente equipado y limpio. Desde ahí nos trasladamos a otras playas y lugares sin problema - viajando en carro-, la playa a 10 min caminando y los atardeceres son lo mejor, además es ideal para el surfing! Nos encantó.

Nuestra experiencia fue excelente. Desde el primer momento el anfitrión fue muy atento, amable y transparente. Debido a un error del sistema el precio de la reserva apareció más bajo de lo habitual y aún así decidió respetarlo, lo cual habla muy bien de su honestidad y compromiso con sus huéspedes. El alojamiento cumplió nuestras expectativas: estaba limpio, cómodo , bien equipado, lo que hizo que nuestra estadía dura muy agradable. Sin duda recomendaríamos este Airbnb y volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. Muchas gracias por la hospitalidad y por hacer nuestra visita una gran experiencia

It would’ve been awesome if we didn’t have to kill bugs every night. Looked like white ants in every room, and teeny tiny bugs (that traveled in groups) in the living room/kitchen/bathroom. I didn’t realize the open walls to the outside which made the trucks driving by kind of loud and the lawn blower from the restaurant nearby in the morning. Also sounded like rocks falling from the tree above onto the roof, that was jarring in the morning and night. Saw many iguanas on the property and only heard the monkeys in the morning. Spacious rooms, thoughtful ideas to have flashlights and beach chairs and enough towels, loved the hammock. It’s a cute place with a nice spacious laundry room with a laundry sink, and a hanging rack thing. Pots and bowls next door had an amazing breakfast burrito (even for dinner time)!

Wir haben uns spontan in dieses Ferienhaus eingebucht für vier Nächte und waren sehr zufrieden! Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war rundum super durchdacht, es war alles da, was man brauchte. Die Gastgeber waren immer gut zu erreichen, haben schnell geantwortet und konnten uns viele Tipps für die Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes geben. Morgens und abends haben wir Besuch von den Brüllaffen bekommen, was immer wieder ein Highlight war. Die Terrasse ist sehr gemütlich, leider ist die Lüftung des Restaurants nebenan sehr laut (bis abends ca. halb neun), aber in der Regel ist man die meiste Zeit ja eh unterwegs ;) Der Ort Playa Grande ist generell ein unglaublich schöner Place to be 🫶🏻 Danke Mattia und Taty für die schöne Zeit bei euch!

Mattia and Tatiana are great hosts! I highly recommend staying at their place. The house is beautiful and with a great location with lots of things to do. Something personal came up for us, and Mattia and Tatiana were very helpful and understanding. I can’t wait to go back and stay at their place.

This was our third stay here, so that tells you how much we like it! We love being in Playa Grande, a cozy town with a great big lovely quiet beach, and this private home is so well located. It’s got all the tools for cooking at home, and it’s also next to some great restaurants. We walk the beach every morning and evening (a few minutes drive, but you could also walk there on the road). It’s a great surfing beach for intermediate to advanced surfers. The hustle and bustle of the more touristy town of Tamarindo is close enough that we drive there for the beginner surfing and other activities, but we love staying in the quieter town of Playa Grande. The house has a great patio with outdoor seating and a hammock for coffee and meals outside, and howler monkey and parrot watching (and even an armadillo this trip), good WiFi, AC in the bedrooms, good hot water, comfy beds, and extras like a blender for smoothies, big screen TV for rainy nights, etc. We’ll be back!!
