- Pets are not allowed, regardless of species or size.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments and hallways.
- The entry or consumption of toxic substances or drugs of any kind is prohibited. Violations are subject to a $250.00 fine.

Todo tal cual se describe, atención inmediata por parte de host, tuvimos inconveniente con el servicio del agua, ajeno a los apartamentos pero el Host de igualmanera nos dio una solución inmediata, volveriamos con gusto

KODU apartments are very secure and tranquil. The apartment was exactly as photographed and described. Staff were kind and helpful to give confidence for a comfortable stay. Very walkable if you are familiar with the Galerias Santo Domingo area, but otherwise just a short drive from everything you need. We would definitely consider staying at the location for a future trip.

KODU, it is well worth it and a bargain because it is perfectly located, safe, quite and it has everything you need. I have stayed there everytime I travel to Nicaragua. The staff is excellent at providing the best service with total friendly approach.

Great Place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful & family-oriented vacation. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. The condos are nice and well kept. Galleria Santo Domingo is right around the corner where you can find anything from supermarket to restaurants/entertainment.
