Great location, nice space, but sadly experienced stole property during our stay. We left the home with housekeeper still cleaning mid day, and returned 4 hours later to $4,500 worth of belongings gone, and no signs of forced entry. We reported it to the concierge and filed a police report with local authorities. We escalated the issues to Cabo Villas who then suggested we could have had parties and objects were stolen then. No outside guests ever entered our space with us, the home in located walking distance from the guarded entrance, we had no issues no concerns of us bringing people back to our place. Only once this happened did we even learn there was no security cameras on site. Furthermore Cabo Villas “you should have put that stuff in the lock box,” okay fair, but not all $4,500 worth of product would have fit (shoes, cologne, etc)  the fact that was an early response from their corporate office was unfortunate.  Nice place, but be extra vigilante when renting from Cabo Villas

To ensure secure access, we provide only two sets of keys: one retained by the property management company for emergencies and maid service, and the other entrusted to the client during their stay. We understand the importance of guest privacy, which is why we limit the use of security cameras on the premises. For added security, each villa is equipped with a small safe suitable for storing valuables such as cash, passports, and other important items. We strongly encourage our guests to utilize these safes to safeguard their belongings during their stay. While we deeply regret any inconvenience caused by the incident experienced, we take all feedback seriously and continuously strive to enhance the safety measures at our properties.

Loved this location.  Very easy to get in and out of the development.  Super close to the Marina and a short jaunt to downtown made walking easy. The property is nestled next to the Waldorf so if $100 champagne and tequila is your thing you can partake.  Great hosts who were super proactive & wonderfully warm and kind.  This is a great place in an even greater vacation spot.  We’ll be back.

Great house and close to the Marina.  We were Spearfishing most days with our boat leaving from the Marina every day.  Location is super convenient since we were able to walk to the boat. Less than 10 minute walk to the boat.  Hot tub was great to relax after an active day.

We loved this Villa. Perfect for our group. Plenty of space with hot tub and pool when we wanted to just hang out with ourselves (group of 6). Easy walk to the action when we wanted it. Uber can come pick you up at your door or there were always taxis sitting just outside the gates, 3 minute walk from the villa, when we wanted to go farther.

Perfect everything!  Our host Ivan was in constant contact and ready to help us 24/7.  Location was perfectly situated next to the marina and downtown.  Gated community with guards made my group feel very safe.   The house had everything needed to relax as well.

This house is great for groups, the neighborhood is beautiful and the location is perfect! You can walk to downtown in a couple of minutes, so it’s very convenient. Our concierge Angel was great, as well as Alexandria, who helped me book all the things I needed including shuttles to and from the airport.

The villa is in a great location. Nestled inside a gated community - with security - and walking distance to the famed marina and downtown. We were greeted by Yameli and Giovanni, who were both wonderful. We were given a quick tour and Giovanni made yummy margaritas and guacamole/salsa. The home is well equipped. The pool/hot tub/outdoor deck is small but functional, private and lush. The property staff was great in coordinating airport transportation, a private car to Flora Farms (a must visit) and a kayaking/snorkeling tour. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Tres Hermanas! Pablo was great to work with, always readily available via WhatsApp for any questions you may have. It’s very nice to have concierge service. The house was beautiful and perfect for our six girl bachelorette party. The stairs are a little tricky so be careful especially after a night of drinking. The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for making snacks and breakfast. The pool area is smaller than how it appears in photos, but it was still really nice to lounge by every day. If you’re at all concerned about safety, don’t be. Security was very good, almost too good! The Villa is in fact walking distance to a lot of things but still a bit far so we ended up taking Uber‘s everywhere, which was fine as they were readily available and cheap. There’s a nice little American style market and coffee shop right near the house which was very nice. We loved our stay here, you will too!

This villa was absolutely the perfect choice for our girls trip to Cabo!  The location is close to the marina and is also within walking distance to a convenient grocery store and shops, restaurants, etc. We felt very safe within this gated community. The villa has the perfect layout for a fun girls trip. 3.5 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms accommodated our group of 5 wonderfully. The concierge was always helpful and quick to respond to our needs & requests. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a convenient and safe home base & holiday in Cabo!

This home was beyond expectations. It was in a gated community and we felt very secure and safe! It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Cabo. The concierge service was very responsive and all our drivers were very professional and punctual. I can't imagine experiencing Cabo any other way. Villa De Tres Hermanas is a GEM! Ideally located close to the gates near the harbor with amazing walkability. The home is very comfortable and the fans and AC worked perfectly to keep rooms cool as we needed them to be. The pool and spa are incredible out front, and the foliage around it kept it feeling private and secluded. Great home for a larger group, but also felt very cozy for only 1 or 2 a secluded getaway. This was by far one of the best experiences I have had with an Airbnb residence. Lola was amazing in communicating prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. The house itself was very spacious and clean. The staff who met us at the house was very friendly. There was a concierge that was promptly available via phone. The location is within walking distance to the marina and near downtown. I would recommend taking a taxi to the night life (Squid Row, Mandala, etc.) as well as to Medano Beach area as it is quite a bit of a long walk; however, taxis are readily available and easy to catch if you simply walk down the street from the house. I would definitely stay at this house again if I come back to Cabo!
