The property includes 12 roomy bedrooms with flexible bed arrangements tailored to your group’s preferences:

• 9 king beds (each convertible into two twin beds)
• 6 queen beds

Situated in the hills of Playa Pelada, Casas Kismet is only a 10-minute walk from the beach. We recommend having some form of transportation such as a car, ATV, or golf cart, as the property is a bit farther from Guiones and Nosara Town. TukTuks are also an affordable taxi option for getting around.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the property except for the owner’s home located above the yoga shala.

Additional Information

• Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request but can be limited during full occupancy to allow for thorough cleaning.
• Smoking is permitted only outdoors.
• The property is surrounded by rich biodiversity, so encountering insects and bugs is common. If you are sensitive to insects, this may not be the ideal location.
• To minimize attracting ants and other insects, please clean up food crumbs and leftovers promptly.
• We encourage conservation of water and energy during your stay. Fresh towels are available upon request from the housekeeper. Pool and beach towels are provided on-site to reduce the need for extra packing.
• Please shower off sand and dirt before entering the pool. An outdoor shower is conveniently located next to the pool.
• For excursions, rentals, or vacation planning assistance, our concierge is available to help you organize fun and adventurous activities.
