We loved the location and walking to the beach bar at Tobascos and spending the day at Medano Beach. We had trouble one day with the door to the unit but were assisted very quickly. Easy walk to Walmart and the marina too. Beautiful views from the deck and nice pool.

Beautiful condo close to the beach in a calm sector. The place was very well stocked and is well furnished. It was also very clean. If we come back, this is the place we will rent again. Thanks, we had a great time.

I have stayed at Li-Chun's condo before and this trip was my longest stay. The home itself is beautiful and the management staff is very helpful and responsive. The beds are really comfortable. The enitre team was very responsive if any issue came up. Also, the on-site security team (managed by the HOA) are very helpful and super friendly. During my stay at the condo, there was a tropical storm that passed through Cabo San Lucas. The entire staff were very helpful in checking on my well-being, assisting with any issues with the storm directly and helping to secure any outdoor furniture. I truly appreciate their concern and follow ups. I look forward to staying at her condo again.

Everything was great except for one of the mattresses on the second bedroom, it felt worn out and it had an uneven form which made it very uncomfortable to sleep in and I forgot to ask the other members of my party on how where their beds but since they didn’t complain I didn’t asked but you should change that mattress as soon as you can if you don’t want anymore complaints

This place is nice, a couple of words of advice; the ride from the airport they offer is nice and convenient, but almost double what an I bet would be. It’s not central, so plan on walking everywhere without a car, nothing really close other than to the beach or a few shops nearby. At least 10-15 minutes to all of these. It’s a nice place, I think better for people who have a car.
