Valle Campanas: El Motmot Cabin

We loved our stay here! Very spacious bedrooms with a Beautiful property and trails to walk on. Our kids adored their dog Draco.

Beautiful area very well cared for

Beyond expectations. Photos do not do justice to this beautiful and accommodating ABNB! Created by a historic Monteverde family , host was fantastically accommodating. We were a family of seven and loved the grounds and Cabana. Very secure, breakfast was available. Food from property. No noise from town. Lookout tower to view sunsets was a joy. Antiquities found on property were exquisite along with the story of this family. Hard to express fully what a grand experience this is for Monteverde!

This place is wonderful! So cozy and comfortable, very clean! We loved the breakfast and the outdoor space! The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were spacious! Definitely recommend!

Estamos muy felices de habernos hospedado en este lugar, nos recibieron muy amable y respetuosamente, a parte, las instrucciones fueron claras y nos ayudaron a que no nos perdiéramos. Queda súper cerca del centro, nos asesoraron sobre las actividades del lugar. Volvería a ir sin duda alguna, tienen súper cuidada la propiedad y tiene donde ver los atardeceres tan bonitos de monteverde(: Si van, saluden a Drako y a Kira, que desde que uno llega le mueven la colita :D

Séjour très agréable ! Le logement était charmant, très spacieux avec un extérieur très bien entretenu. La famille est très accueillante et pleine de bon conseils pour des adresses et activités. Le logement est proche du centre de Santa lena et des activités, c'était parfait !

The surroundings were more beautiful than I expected and everything was so easy and everyone so friendly. They have a laundry service which I was so grateful for. Also they gave us the best recommendation, Sabor Tico, for local dishes; try the tamale and olla del carne. Whenever we needed anything, like a juicer or help with the grill, they were available.

There is no word to describe this piece of heaven. From the communication by his son Roy to Draco the dog who has entertained us and even took my grown boys on a night tour around the walking trail. The cabin was perfect. Huge bedrooms with enough space for all our luggage’s . Smell of fresh , clean cabin and equipped kitchen. The breakfast with fresh fruits; and juice. Homemade jam for your toast. Centrally located. The photos don’t do justice of the property. If you see it’s available… don’t hesitate.
