The Space
This unique three-story beach house offers a one-of-a-kind experience with 7 bedrooms, 13 beds, and 8.5 bathrooms. Every bedroom includes a full bathroom, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. The house also features a separate laundry area.
The rooftop area boasts a pool, Jacuzzi, bar, and both charcoal and gas BBQ grills, all with stunning ocean views. Inside, you’ll find high ceilings and a large open kitchen and living space. A spacious balcony provides an ideal spot for dining or relaxing.
The beach is just a 5-minute walk away. Parking is available for up to 7 cars. The base rate accommodates up to 4 guests, with an additional charge of $40 per person per night beyond that.

¡Todo fue excelente! La propiedad es incluso más linda de lo que se ve en las fotos. Cuenta con todas las amenidades listadas y hasta más. Sergio respondió todos nuestros mensajes y el Sr. Jorge estuvo atento en todo momento. Definitivamente volveremos a hospedarnos en esta propiedad.

Nos encantó nuestra estadía. La casa es espectacular: hermosa, amplia e impecable. Tiene muchísimas cosas para disfrutar : piscina, parrilla, juegos y es el lugar perfecto para relajarse y pasar tiempo de calidad. La casa tiene todas las comodidades que se necesitan, y mi familia y yo disfrutamos muchísimo cada momento. Sergio es muy amable, atento y siempre rápido para responder cuando teníamos alguna pregunta. Gracias nuevamente por todo.

Our Christmas in Panama was an absolute dream, and this house was the perfect setting for our large family. We felt so welcomed the moment we arrived and saw the big "Merry Christmas" sign on the garage and the beautiful holiday decorations throughout. With seven bedrooms and self-contained floors, the layout was ideal for giving everyone their own space. One of the best parts was the commercial kitchen in the garage; it allowed our wonderful cook, Jorge, to prepare incredible meals out of sight, so the main house stayed completely relaxed until amazing food just appeared! We spent so much time on the rooftop pool deck using the fun floaties, playing cornhole, or heading to the backyard for a game of horseshoes. Sergio was a fantastic host, super responsive and he truly thought of everything. From the hammocks and comfortable seating on every level to the huge barbecue and well-stocked games, every detail was so well thought out. Our family couldn't have been happier.

Sergio's place is beautiful and a quick walk to the beach. (FYI, it is a slight ~10% grade uphill back, there is a parking lot down at the bach entrance if you wish to not walk.) Sergio was nice and responsive. He was able to arrange entirely gluten free and dairy free food options, and massage services for our stay. The food and massages were great! We were also able to add 2 people last minute for our stay with no issue. FYI the location has scheduled power outages, Sergio alerted us the day before one was scheduled so we were able to get our phones charged and the home stayed surprisingly cool and were out most of the day at El Valle and the beach so it was no issue for us at all. The chef was still able to provide food services as well. Cannot say enough good things. Will definitely be back.

I've been to this villa 4 times in the last 3 years and plan to continue to come back every year until... They have thought of everything! There's a 10-minute walk to the beach. You can rinse off the sand under the outdoor shower. Or use the outside bathroom while playing horseshoes or sitting around the firepit at night. It's a super quite, gated (with a security guard) neighborhood. There is a grocery store, dollar store, etc in a 10/15-minute drive. There is nothing in walking distance which keeps down the ruckus. The rooftop is a great place to relax. And so are the 2 living rooms, kitchen patio and backyard--there's a hammock on 3 of the 4 floors. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. I especially love the patio off the third floor's master bedroom and living room with sitting (small table and stools) and hammock. The owner also makes arrangements for a three meal a day menu I prepared, cooked fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this place for 7-14+ people

Estructuralmente la casa está espectacular y perfecta de hecho no tengo ni una queja, pero lastimosamente hay un complot entre el seguridad del residencial, el que cuida la casa y la policía regional ya que solo por ver que éramos 25 personas se imaginaron que tendríamos una fiesta y se atrevieron a decirle a mi pareja que le diera dinero (coima) para que nos dejaran poner música pero como no accedimos a su propuesta, con el mínimo ruido por más bajito que fuese en el área de la piscina, venían los guardias de manera agresiva para amenazarnos que llamarían a la juez de paz y lo peor es que se escuchaba música de otra casa que estaba cerca y ellos no fueron allá a molestar… solo pagamos bastanteeeee dinero para relajarnos en familia sin incomodar a nadie y nos incomodaron a nosotros. Gracias!

El lugar sobre pasó todas nuestras expectativas, cuenta con toallas limpias, carbón, la atención del Sr. Jorge fue maravillosa. Las habitaciones limpias. TODO fue mejor de lo que pensé y mis familiares quedaron encantados.
