It features a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and three twin beds in the third bedroom designed for children (current photos show two twins). The unit includes two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, a dining area, a living room, and two balconies.

Sunrise 31 is situated in the desirable Sunrise Condos gated community, right in the heart of Tamarindo. The complex is directly across the street from the beach, offering ocean views from the master bedroom. Everything you need is within walking distance from the condo.
Amenities and Community
Sunrise Condos is a quiet community, free from street noise common in other buildings. The complex boasts a beautiful pool with a large waterfall, perfect for children. Parking is available with one assigned space (#31) if you choose to rent a car.
A unique feature of this property is the presence of a family of about 20 monkeys living on-site, often seen in the backyard and surrounding trees.

We had a great time. The condo is across the street from the beach and walking distance to everything. The condo is spacious and as described. The complex is close to everything yet quiet and has 24 hour security and a resort like pool. We saw monkeys every day in the trees. Kat was responsive and made recommendations for transportation. We had no issues and would stay there again.

We had a last minute adjustment to our plans and booked Kat's condo. It was a wonderful spot for our family of 6 with everything within 1-10 minutes walking distance, the beach was 2 minute walk away and perfect.

Kat was friendly and easy to deal with. The condo was spacious and in a great location close the beach, shopping and restaurants. The linens were all clean and fresh and there were plenty of them. There were five of us and we needed to do the cups and dishes after every meal as there were limited quantities. Overall, next time we are in Tamarindo, we will definitely stay at Kats place.

We have stayed in Sunrise in 3 different condos. This unit was similar to the other units. The unit had not been updated, but it was clean and well kept. Sunrise has a great pool and is close to the best surfing spot in Tamarindo. You can walk everywhere. My only suggestion for the owner is that there needs to be more dishes and cups in the unit. With a group of 6, we constantly had to wash dishes. I would recommend having enough dishes for at least 3 meals a day before you have to wash.

Great location, right across from the beach. Pool was nice - during low season we were often the only ones there. Large space, comfortable beds and AC worked great! It was super awesome to see (and hear) the howler monkeys in the trees right across from the unit.

Beautiful Costa Rican home! The complex is beautifully maintained and felt very private. Everything we needed in walking distance. Would be a dream to return.
