Guest Access
Before your arrival, please contact Hilda and Patrick via the Airbnb messenger to share your estimated arrival time. This will allow you to exchange phone numbers and coordinate your check-in.
When you pass through Nicoya, which is approximately 50 minutes from Samara, please call Hilda to inform her of your exact arrival time. Upon arrival, look for the sign on the front door that reads "Alta Vista Condominiums" on the four-story building.
If you have called from Nicoya, Hilda will be waiting to open the parking gate for you. She will greet you with the keys and assist with your check-in process.

We loved Samara and our stay at Patrick's. A nice peaceful location that is close to the beach and close enough to the downtown Samara. The unit was clean and spacious and the pool was great.

I really enjoyed the condo, which is situated just a minute from the beach. The check in process with Hilda was easy. The condo is well equipped with all the necessities and has a great view of the ocean. The location is secure and there are monkeys living in the trees behind the condo. I would certainly stay here again!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour! Les hôtes ont répondu rapidement à nos messages! La place était super propre, la vue était spectaculaire autant de notre balcon, de notre chambre que du balcon sur le toit. C’est à environ 5 minutes de marche de la plage et 15 min de marche du village. Il y a des chaises de plage, un surf, un boogie board à louer! Il y a tout le nécessaire dans la cuisine, il y a même un lave-vaisselle (il faut emporter nos pastille parcontre) Nous reviendrions sans hésiter Merci pour tout

Patrick’s place was great! Excellent views, quiet and private, great amenities. Walkable to town (~15 min) and the beach (~5 min). Well worth the price.

Stayed at this awesome condo in Samara Beach and I can't recommend it enough! The best part? It's super close to the beach literally a few steps away, so you can just roll out of bed and be on the sand in minutes. There are howler monkeys right in the backyard! It was such a cool experience to wake up to the sounds of nature and see these amazing creatures just hanging out. The staff here, especially Miguel, were fantastic. Miguel was always around to help out with anything we needed. Overall, if you're looking for a laid-back place to stay in Samara Beach with all the perks, this condo is where it's at. chris

Look no further - this is the ultimate beachside paradise! The place is a 10-minute walk to an idyllic beach. There is a lot of natural light and an inspiring view of the sea, palm trees, and of horses in a field. The place is clean, comfortable, quiet, and spacious. Hilda was super pleasant and patient with all of my questions at check in. I HIGHLY recommend Patrick’s condo.

We had a lovely stay in the Amapola apartment. Clean and well equipped. A great setting - close to the beach, Soda La Perla for food and a short walk to supermarket and town. It took us longer to get there than anticipated due to closure of bridge on major route in. We caught a ferry from Puntarenas to Playa Naranjo which broke up the journey.
