Guests can enjoy waking up to the sounds of toucans and monkeys, begin their day on the yoga deck, unwind with a book in the covered pagoda by the pool, and watch the sunset from the infinity pool.

Wonderful spot that we would stay at again without hesitation! This didn’t bother us, but be aware that 3 of the 4 bathrooms have windows that aren’t completely sealed so bugs will get in.

This was a last minute travel decision with 4 couples of friends. What a fun and fantastic trip we had!! We wanted to stay in the midst of mountain with good ocean view! The place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as we expected! We had visits from various exotic birds every morning. We saw monkeys and other animals on our back yard throughout our stay! We loved the yoga shed! We spent many hours in the infinity pool and caught the incredible sunsets on the ocean!! The personal chef was unbelievable and the food was just so good! Shannon and the concierge team was wonderful. They were prompt and responsive! There were a couple of things that could improve the guest experience better, such as fixing the freezer section of the refrigerator, Grills, and several rolling sun shades were not working. We submitted the feedback so, hopefully they are all addressed now! It was just a wonderful and memorable trip for our friends!!

Shanon’s place in Dominical is an absolute stunner. It’s a great place for a family to unwind and take in the breathtaking views. The house functions very well and is central to many great decisions within 20 min from the house. I highly recommend booking this property if your Costa Rican traveling takes you to the Pacific Coast.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Solez! Adrian was very responsive during check in/our arrival. We drove from San Jose which can be unpredictable. We had everything we needed for fun in the sun. Lots of pool towels were provided. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The house was clean and we did request housekeeping once and she did a great job and was a lovely person. The beds were super comfy. The split a/c’s in each room worked well. We did have an issue with one leaking which was fixed. If you need a second key, request in advance. Remember you’re on tropical time! We saw a troop of monkeys in the driveway trees and two different toucan species on more than one occasion. Sunsets were unbelievable. The night sky was dark and the stars were bright. The vegetation around the house was beautiful. La Pura Vida!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The place was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. The location was unbeatable, offering stunning sunsets that were the highlight of my trip. Check-in and check-out were seamless and hassle-free. I would stay here again in a heartbeat—highly recommend this gem!

Wonderful house in a great location. Only about five minute drive to Dominical for groceries, restaurants and bars. The host Adrian helped set up massages at the house as well as mangrove tour and caño island snorkeling that left out of uvita which is just 25 minutes south. This was our first time staying in the hills and not near beach but rest assured this is very close and accessible to everything you need. We were just a family of four but this place could easily accommodate 4 couple or two families. We will be back!
