The Space

Casa de Sueños is a roomy ocean-view residence featuring three identical, detached king-size casitas (bedrooms). This setup is ideal for families or groups, offering a balance between social interaction and personal privacy. The owners live in a self-contained apartment at the rear of the property. The only shared facility is the gym.

Steve and Marlie manage the property when present, with off-site management available during their absence.

Upon entering Casa de Sueños, leave your worries behind and enjoy the blend of tropical and desert landscaping. The entire home is designed to provide ocean views from every angle—whether you're cooking in the spacious gourmet kitchen, brushing your teeth in your casita, enjoying a rain shower in the jetted tub, or relaxing in your king-size bed.

The heated pool, maintained between 80 and 82 degrees Fahrenheit, stretches 61 meters long, offering ample space for swimming laps. It includes three shallow sections perfect for young children. At the pool’s center, a swim-up bar seats six guests, while a sunken barbecue pit with seating for six is located opposite the bar. Spend your afternoons lounging poolside or resting under the polo de arco, a shaded area ideal for those seeking respite from the sun.

The main house embraces indoor/outdoor living with wall-to-wall windows that frame ocean views whether you’re cooking, playing pool, booking tours via wireless internet, or watching satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a wide range of spices, pots, and pans to satisfy any chef’s needs. Snacks and drinks can be enjoyed in one of the outdoor living spaces.

Each bedroom is spacious, private, and detached from the main house. Local artwork decorates the rooms for your enjoyment. High-quality sheets, towels, and bathrobes enhance the luxurious feel. Every room includes blackout curtains and fans to ensure comfort and privacy, along with a safe for securing valuables. Drift off to sleep each night to the soothing sound of waves crashing on the shore.

A loft area in the main house features a high-quality queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress, providing a fun sleeping space for children.

Location

Just a seven-minute walk from the property, you’ll find a white sand beach that stretches for miles. This beach offers a private atmosphere where you’re more likely to spot jumping fish, pelicans, and whales than other people.

A short drive takes you to town, where you can dine at excellent restaurants serving fresh, locally caught fish. Explore the town’s galleries showcasing beautiful local art, or attend one of the many festivals Todos Santos hosts throughout the year.

Outdoor activities nearby include surf lessons, swimming with whale sharks, and hiking in the Sierra Laguna mountains. Alternatively, simply relax at Casa de Sueños and lose track of time.

Additional Information

Previously, a caretaker lived on the property. After his departure, his dog, Serila, chose to stay. Serila is a well-behaved, playful, and affectionate guard dog who enjoys accompanying guests to the beach and happily accepts any leftovers. She is cared for by the gardener, Geraldo, who is on-site on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, as well as by the on-site managers.
