The Space

La casa es muy bonita, amplia y cómoda para grupos grandes. Disfrutamos mucho los espacios. Como puntos de mejora, el tiempo de respuesta antes de la llegada fue un poco lento y, aunque el anuncio indica parqueo dentro de la propiedad, durante nuestra estadía la cochera no estuvo disponible y tuvimos que dejar los vehículos en la calle. También es importante considerar que el agua no es potable; por dicha Doña Flor nos ayudó facilitándonos agua embotellada. Además, algunas puertas principales no contaban con seguro funcional y sería bueno mejorar la seguridad cerca del jacuzzi, ya que una persona se resbaló al salir. En general, la casa tiene mucho potencial y puede brindar una muy buena experiencia con algunos ajustes.

We had a great time at Mike’s place. The house is beautiful, the community is nice and full of friendly people. Flo was amazing. She kept everything clean and picked up and always had fresh linens daily. The pool was very nice at the house and the outdoor furniture was comfy. The pool table inside was popular with the kids! We asked for groceries to be delivered ahead of our arrival which was great. We used a concierge service to communicate ahead of and throughout our stay and they were very helpful and had good recommendations. The highlight for us was access to the beach club. The pool was unbelievable steps from the beach. While the waves were very strong most of the time, the kids were about to play in the ocean some. Yo-yo’s bar and restaurant was poolside and it was amazing. The food and drinks were 10/10 and the staff, including Yo-yo were incredible. It took 2 hours to/from the airport which was longer than we expected. Overall, it was a great trip!!

Located in Hermosa Palms community with access to the bigger swimming pool and beach access. Private community with a guard house to get thru, felt safe. The house was as described. We were a family of 11 including children. There are 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The swimming pool is a big attraction at the house. Nice long pool, well maintained with a jaccuzzi (not heated). Flor the maid in the house for cleaning the house which included changing the towels in all bedrooms and doing all the laundry we had was outstanding. She stays in her own room most of the time but gets everything done. We would stay here again.

First off, Flor the housekeeper was amazing. We have stayed at other places where the housekeeper just sat in the kitchen and was always around doing nothing. Flor washed our dishes, changed linens regularly, and was always helpful. It almost felt like staying in a hotel. The house fit our group perfectly with number of rooms, indoor space, and outdoor space. The pool was also bigger than I expected. There is also a crows nest that has great views of the ocean and endless sunsets. The community pool was great too, and the pool bar/restaurant had probably the best wings I’ve eaten, and that’s saying a lot. If you are on the fence about this property because price or location I’d tell you to just book it.

We were a larger group with kids and grandparents. The location was private and easy to get out to various places for fun activities. The house is spacious, clean and the live in maid was so nice and helpful. When we weren’t out exploring we enjoyed the large pool. Overall, a great place to stay. #puravida

Parfait séjour. Le ménage fait par l’employé était au top, un grand merci pour elle. Merci égalent à l’hôte qui a été très réactif. Le quartier et la maison étaient au top.
