Excellent Rental! Would Highly Recommend. The Concierge, Francisco, was super helpful and provided tons of recommendations to local restaurants, tours, etc etc.... he was very responsive and helped make the trip 5*. The views are also amazing. We are a family of 5 and there is plenty of room in the house and all the extra things (beach gear, board games, coolers, etc) really enhanced the stay. We would definitely stay here again.

I can not recommend Villa Serena enough! This was our favorite Airbnb we've ever stayed in hands down. The house is absolutely gorgeous and the view is breathtaking! Everything was spotless and well appointed. The house had beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler and beach bag for us to use. They had every kitchen appliance & tool you could need. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, spotless and we loved using the outdoor shower in the master suite. Francisco took great care of us and always responded to our questions immediately. He gave us great local recommendations and everything he planned for us was perfect! I highly recommend the Palo Verde tour, the chocolate making class at the villa & the off shore fishing. We saw humpback whales, dolphin and sea turtles while fishing. He also arranged for Chef Vero to cook us a fabulous dinner. The pool was very clean & you couldn't beat the view of the beach. The location is convenient to so many restaurants, beaches & shops. We loved it!

I can’t say enough good things about this villa! Extremely clean. Exceptional comfort. Amazing views. Fabulous pool. Comfortable beds. Sonos speakers. Great amenities all around. I also can’t say enough good things about Francisco - he was with us every step of the way from before we arrived until after we left. Helping us book activities, giving us driving directions, recommending beaches and restaurants and addressing anything else we needed help with. This was fantastic as it was our first time in Costa Rica. I call him “the most helpful man in the world” because he is! Overall, our family of 5 (three teens) had a wonderful time and highly recommend it to other guests. Can’t wait to come back!

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay at this property. The view is even better than the pictures show and the home itself was impeccably clean, well stocked and comfortable. Francisco, the concierge, is warm, helpful, attentive and full of wonderful recommendations. He provided a personalized itinerary for our stay, each day’s activities perfectly planned and suited for our family. We couldn’t be more happy with our holiday! A few things to be aware of…the property is actually two separate structures. Kitchen and living area are in one; sleeping areas in the other. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood which is not gated. This presented no problems for us and we felt completely safe with three young children. Finally, the home is surrounded by lush local fauna which naturally attracts some bugs and wildlife. The host was very attentive to this and offered an extra cleaning for us which was greatly appreciated.

Wow! From the moment we walked in, we knew we had picked the right place. Francisco's welcome and personalized service were a real standout. True concierge service! He helped with last minute airport transportation service and was super responsive to our needs. The home was perfect for our group of 6. All of the rooms were comfortable and clean. The view... over the top! We had our grandson with us, and the separation of the bedrooms from the common areas was really nice. The crib and highchair were set and ready to go. And the personalized chef!!! Do it! Chef Veronica and her sous chef were truly a treat. The dinner they prepared was equal to a top-notch restaurant. The home is in a neighborhood which felt very safe, but based on the location, it also felt very secluded and private because you don't really see the neighboring homes. Great experience. Wonderful vacation. Highly recommend!

Just BOOK IT! By far, no contest the best property, experience and host I’ve ever had. Kelsey was super responsive and Francisco took care of our every need and anticipated all of them. I’ve never had such an amazing, curated experience and thank you to Francisco for the best vacation we’ve ever had. The property was spotless, pristine and showed an incredible attention to detail. All of the furniture was top of the line and comfortable. The fixtures were beautiful and Francisco took the time to give us a tour, show us how everything worked and made sure we felt comfortable and at home. The view is beyond what pics can capture! The property is very private, we felt like we were on our own private island. Cocoa Beach is a great little town and amenities are nearby and an easy drive. The beaches were great and make sure and ask Francisco what his fave tours and adventures are. He will help set them up and make it super easy to enjoy all that CR has to offer. Truly, book it!
