I had an amazing time for my 30th birthday! The place is wonderful and fit 10 of us comfortably! I wish I never had to leave. Nate was so kind, helpful, even when we kept calling him. lol He was great!

A perfect experience! This airbnb was just what our family needed with multiple villas on one property. The property manager Nathan was very proactive, friendly, and helpful if something went wrong. We had a light go out and one AC unit not work and both were fixed within 24 hrs. The property is very clean and in a peaceful quiet area but still accessible to all the things in San Pedro. We used the grill and enjoyed the pool and cooked breakfast. Had a wonderful stay with everything we needed.

We had an amazing stay! The management team was incredibly responsive and welcoming, and the house itself was spotless, organized, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the location is ideal—quick access to downtown San Pedro and an easy walk to nearby resorts with great dining options. Just a heads‑up: the sargassum smell in the area can be strong at times. It’s a natural occurrence and not something the hosts can fix, but worth knowing if you’re sensitive to it. Overall, a fantastic property and experience.

This place has promise, but it needs some modifications. (1) the pool has zero shade, and when we stepped in it, it felt like a jacuzzi. It was *very* warm, to the point that it provided no relief from the heat during the day. (2) the biggest domicile (the one with the master bedroom in the top, one bedroom below, one very small room with two bunks, and the kitchen) has no A/C in the kitchen. The A/Cs in the smaller rooms in that space cannot cool it down, so the kitchen/living room (the biggest space to congregate if you have multiple groups) is always very warm. They really need to put an A/C unit in there. (3) for the amount I paid for the whole property, I expected there to be bottled water available--but there was none. You have to go to the store if you want to drink water. (4) we got a weirdly aggressive rant about not doing drugs. I stayed at multiple places across Belize and never heard such a thing. (5) they also forgot to refill the shampoo/body wash in every bathroom.

Ricky and Nathan were very responsive and helpful. I think the price was expensive for what we received. Would have been nice if the cleaners came at least once during our stay. $75 USD for clean towels is not ideal especially with no laundry on site. The pool and the outdoor area was cleaned a few times during our stay which was great. Close to a lot of restaurants and downtown area. Thanks for everything Ricky and Nathan.

We completely understand how hard it must be to maintain a property on an island in Belize with the humidity, salt water and limited access to modern day amenities. That being said, there were several things that we wish we would have been aware of at the property. There was a large amount of garbage next to the gated entrance. It was there the entire week and smelled horrible. The first evening, we had trouble closing the door to the main house. They came to "fix" it but we had trouble the remainder of the trip.We finally had to use the deadbolt to keep it closed which was very inconvenient since there were multiple people staying in this property. The bbq, corn hole boards, pool chairs, cable boxes and many of the amenities were unusable. We did enjoy learning about the island and the property gave us a good location to venture out to local restaurants, fishing, shopping and exploring. I'm not sure if it was just a one off but I wish we would have been made aware of this.

The layout of the property was perfect for our group (five adults and four teens). They supply bath and pool towels, as well as shampoo and body wash, so no need to pack those! The kitchens were well equipped. Nathan, the property manager, was very responsive and so friendly. He and Ricky both gave us great recommendations for taxis and other accommodations. The location of the house is about 1.5 miles from downtown, so we didn’t rent golf carts, but there is parking for them within the gates if you opt for carts. Great local fruit stands and groceries right nearby, and access to the beach across the road. I would stay there again if I could!

Nathan, our local host was amazing. Rooms were as described. We had an amazing time and enjoyed the island life.

Ricky and Nathan made this trip simple for our large group. Coordinating 12 adults is no small task but their help is the only reason it was possible. Everything was clean and as advertised. Worth the stay.

This was my family’s first visit to Belize. We went during rainy season so there was a lot of puddles in the area but we made due. The property was nice and well maintained, the water in the medium villa could have been warmer and the refrigerator in the main house’s freezer didn’t freeze all the way but overall a good experience. I would stay there again 👍🏽 Oh! And the recommendation for Chef Alex was a definite highlight.

The Airbnb was gorgeous, with the beautiful garden to hang out with the family. Nathan was a great property manager, the hosts were responsive. I liked how equipped it was with shower & kitchen equipments. Would certainly recommend for big groups, we didnt feel like we were on top of each other, but yet together once we were all up and about. The recommendations were spot on about restaurants, golf cart rental, and the chef.

In the heart of the bustling Dan Pedro yet in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space. Our 11 year old sons all slept in their own casita and they felt like big boys. Nate the property manager was so very kind

We enjoyed our stay. The host even helped make sure that as we were arriving, we had transportation to the home from the airport. They were so accommodating! We'll for sure book this place again!

Great place! We were two families and the three units were perfect for everyone to spread out. The pool in the center courtyard was nice. The property manager arranged our golf carts and it was a seamless delivery. We were earlier than planned but they still were able to get us an early check in which was greatly appreciated! We wished there would have been a big table to eat together but it definitely isn’t a deal breaker. We would stay there again for sure!!

We booked Azul Visa Villa for our extended family (9 adults, 3 kids) and it worked perfectly.  The separate spaces with the central pool was great for each of the families both doing some of their own thing and playing or lounging together.  The compound is well-located in San Pedro-- easy to get into town or for boats to pick you up on a local dock.  And the host and manager were incredibly responsive.  Would recommend.

We absolutely loved this place. Exactly what we were expecting and more. Privacy but close to so much to do either by walking or golf cart. The place was clean, organized and beautiful surroundings. We really enjoyed our time and was perfect for our large group. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

The property is beautiful. We had such an amazing week here with our friends. There was 14 of us and it was nice to each have our own space/kitchen in of the villas. There was plenty of space for hanging out outside and the pool was great! If you plan to hangout outside during the evening definitely be sure to get some bug spray! Our friends were getting married at a resort that was practically across the street so the location was perfect for us as well!

9 of us stayed in the villa. It was great since we were a mix group each family unit got its own villa. The pool was amazing. We cooked, we grilled we swam etc. the villa is centrally located which makes it easy to get to different parts of the island. Tammi had a great guide book that was extremely helpful as it was our first time to Belize and on the island. While I loved the villa I do wish there living room was bigger in the main house. We were unable to all hangout inside or eat dinner inside but it was a good trade off since we all got our own private spaces. This head up isn’t related to the villa but bring bug spray and aloe Vera because at night the mosquitoes are insane all over the island which is pretty typical whenever you are near large bodies of water.

Loved the villas!  My family has such a great time there!  It felt so safe, the kids really enjoyed having their own villas or being able to choose to sleep in the main house.  The pool was fabulous and there were plenty of extra towels.  The house had everything we needed.

The villa was beautiful everything was very clean and we loved the separate setup. The only thing to be aware of is mosquitos def need extra spray lol. Otherwise it was amazing! Host was amazing

We had a great stay at the Villas! The building setup is perfect for a large group where you want people to have their own space, but there is also the opportunity to congregate together when needed. Everything looked like the pictures, with each bedroom/bathroom clean, and the kitchens were well stocked with utensils and plates/cups. Just note there is no oven available, so plan your meals accordingly. The location is also solid because it is a close drive to busier areas but far enough away to provide peace and quiet. The property manager, Nathan, was phenomenal and responsive both before the trip and during the trip whenever we had any questions or needed to set things up. Maintenance was also available quickly when little things like the AC power or a leak popped up. Overall, we had a great experience, and I would fully recommend these Villas to other groups visiting Belize!

The property looks exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. It’s about a 10min golf cart drive from town, so it’s nice and close to the main area. Nathan, the property manager, was incredibly helpful our whole stay. He responded immediately with all the questions we had. Definitely would recommend especially for a larger group as there is a lot of space!

Stayed with a group of 12 and it served our needs very well. The pool was great and was cleaned and swept around daily. Comfortable beds, AC and WiFi worked great. Nathan was very helpful and coordinated golf cart rentals for us. Couple of things to note: there is no oven so plan accordingly if you plan to cook meals. But the stove top ranges and grill worked great! Also we found that if all 12 of us wanted to congregate or eat a meal together indoors the living/dining spaces were a little tight for that but we made it work and had a wonderful time!

We had a large group of 9 and this was a perfect place.  Three separate buildings all in the same gated compound with our own pool.  Super clean and updated. Very cold ac which was critical.  The property manager Nathan was super helpful and coordinated 3 golf carts to meet us at the pier and transport our luggage.  It was just a fantastic experience.

Hands down one of the best Airbnb we’ve ever stated. The three houses made it so nice for everyone to have their own space and privacy and come together at the pool. The concierge Nathan was so helpful and accommodating, and we really appreciate everything he did for us over the course of our stay. The villas were very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. They gave us great recommendations, including coordinating golf cart rentals for us and giving a great private chef recommendation. They made us feel right at home.

My family of 11 stayed in all 3 villas. This was perfect for us as we each had our own individual space but could be together as and when we wanted. Having the pool and the gardens as a communal area. Loved the door codes rather than keys. Nathan, the property manager, was very helpful in organising our golf carts and trips plus we received lots of information at time of booking which was very much appreciated. Although we didn't use the fire pit, BBQ etc I really appreciated them being there as if we had stayed longer I could see that this would have been delightful in the evenings. The location was good for us as we could get into town easily on the carts to meet family and have evenings out. I would definitely recommend a stay here if you are a larger group and enjoy spending time together. We were aged from 4 - 65yrs and was perfect for us.

This was collectively our favourite airbnb we’ve ever stayed in, the three home compound was great for our group where there are plenty of public spaces, but we also had our own little places to have alone time. The grounds were kept pristine where the pool and surrounding area were cleaned daily of debris. The hosts were spectacular . So friendly, so responsive, and just overall wonderful Canadian’s. The welcome was perfect and made everything so seamless and easy, the assistance with golf carts was so appreciated .. and their response time to any of our questions concerns was almost immediate ! Thank you so so much for the perfect vacation! We will be back!

Our stay at the Villa was absolutely perfect. The golf carts made everything easily accessible and it was so nice to come home to such a nice place after a day of diving.

Good stay. The primary complaint is the neighborhood drive into the gate. at night, the surroundings is very dark and hard to see at night when pulling to the gate. The adjacent forest is a dumping ground. Not a good impression.

Hi Seyi...I am happy that you enjoyed your stay. I wish I had control over a lot properties in San Pedro and the entire island...we have asked town council for years to help us stop the taxis and residents from throwing their litter on the ground and use the trash cans...long term education will help I believe. We do keep our street clean and tidy though, and our guests, for the most part do a great job with using the garbage bins we provide. Our street is lit up like a Christmas tree with street lights, gate lights, property lights AND door lights...lol...are you sure you had your golf cart lights on and were at the right property? Thank you for staying and I'd love to host you again...except for the friend that left vomit all over the walkway on the way out. Kindly, Tammi

Our stay was wonderful. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us and everything was neat and clean. Tammi and Nathan responded quickly and were very helpful.  The only downside were the bats that flew around at night, but I'm not sure if that can be helped.  We wanted a night swim but other than that our stay was great!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay! The location is prime- very close drive to restaurants and bars! We love how it is so quiet at night and we were able to enjoy each others company while hanging out in the pool. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you for having us!

Yes. The place looks exactly like what you see in the photos. three dwellings on the compound. small house closer to the gate, 1 bedroom, 2nd house on that same side is a 2 bedroom and the large house left of the pool is a 3 bedroom with one large main suite on the upper level and 2 bedrooms on the lower level with the kitchen and living area. pool was cool, but we didn't use it much since we were out and about to secret beach and other places. Lastly, one key variable that makes the stay enjoyable is communication and responsiveness of the host and property manager. Tami has a Property Manager named Nathan who is really incredible and extremely responsive. he helped us out with coordinating golf carts, dinner reservations, tours. sheesh. just great! We enjoyed the stay and I'm sure you will.

My guests and I had a Wonderful Time. The property manager,the host as well as the people I chose to cook for us was amazing and professional. We had an amazing stay and everyone enjoyed their rooms. Woody Woodpecker visited me every morning, 😂😂. The water in the pool stayed warm and invigorating we all wanted to stay there forever. We will definitely return!

Beautiful property and exactly as advertised. Although we didn't spend much time on the property due to daily and nightly activities, we enjoyed the place while there. The host and property manager were very responsive and provided great suggestions to restaurants  and local activities. I would definitely recommend if you have a large group and would like to maintain some intimacy.

Azul Vista Villas is a spectacular home away from home. The location is fantastic - just outside the "hustle and bustle" of San Pedro but close enough to get to all the restaurants, dive shops, and other amenities the San Pedro has to offer. The amenities of the villa met all of our needs, with three cozy self-sufficient villas, a heavenly pool, and beautiful grounds. Azul Vista was really a paradise of a place to stay.

We had an amazing vacation while staying in Azul Vista Villas.  The villas were perfect so we were able to spread out and have our own space. We felt like we had our own private space to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunshine. Tammi the host was very responsive and took care of anything we needed. We had a work retreat and the layout was perfect for a group who are close but enjoy some privacy options. It was beautiful and they were helpful when needed, absent when not. They’ve got a gem of a space and they’ve made good use of it.

Stunning property tucked off the main road so private yet easy to get to wherever you’d like to go. All three villas were very clean and decorated beautifully. We truly enjoyed our stay here and took advantage of the well maintained pool, bbq and outdoor furniture.

We can’t say enough good things about this property, and the owners, Rob and Tammi. From the moment, we arrived at the airport and were picked up by the golf cart rental agency that they recommended to the time we checked out and got help with our bags back to the airport, everything was perfect. All three homes were clean and comfortable and the pool was heaven. Nathan, the property manager, was also very responsive and helpful. The location is close enough to downtown yet also away from the crowds and close to some small local dining choices that were great for takeout. Between swimming and scuba diving, we were ready to get back to our oasis and enjoy the pool and sitting around the fire pit. We hope to be back in the future.

This was an amazing place. We had a large group come celebrate my Birthday and it was perfect. We had 13 people stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. The place was spotless on arrival and they maintained the pool and exterior everyday. Nathen was great at arranging everything we needed from shopping for groceries, arranging golf carts and excursions. Nathen was just a call away. I would highly recommend this place

Family of 12. Ages 7 to 75. Worked well for our 3 families. Younger grandsons spent hours in the pooland clubs were close enough for the 20plus yr old boys to walk to.  Nathan was  so accommodating and helpful arranging excursions  and transportation. Picked up at the airport with our 3 golf carts was a tremendous help. Would live to return.

Our stay at Tammi’s property was great ! We had a group of 10 people and used all 3 villas . The property is as pictured !We used the pool daily which was a major plus for us . The location is a bit far from where most of the resorts are . It seems like it is more in the “inner city” didn’t seem very touristy to us but it worked out . It is close to the new Alaia resort for reference. Nathan -the property manager , was awesome ! He set us up with golf cart rentals before our arrival . Golf cart company came to get us from the airport with the carts . We trailed him back to the property where we met Nathan . He explained everything to us . He was available when we called . He helped arrange our excursions. There was a mishap in which one persons bags got left back home and Nathan spoke with the airline and arranged to pick up the luggage the next day while we were on a snorkeling tour . He also saved us from a scorpion that was in one of the villas at 1 a.m.! (House full of ladies so we were scared lol) He was awesome and made the stay very smooth ! Highly recommend this property -FYI! Bring bug spray because the mosquitos are ruthless !

We visited for a week with a group of 10 and had a great time. The pool was fantastic, we were able to cook a good meal, and the house manager's communication was excellent. He coordinated our golf carts and several activities for us. I would highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely plan to be back!

This location was beyond a beautiful! We rented the entire property ( all 3 houses ) it was more then enough Soca e for my group of 5 everyone had there own house. Check in was great and super smooth we got help with booking tours and even getting taxis and half carts. The pool is salt water so it felt beyond amazing. I always travel to belize at least 3 times a year this is one of my best stays.

I would highly recommend staying here! It is great for groups with the main house and 2 smaller houses all around a pool. It is in a great location and was well maintained. The hosts were great to work with and the house manager helped us with everything from groceries to booking activities and arranging golf carts. We look forward to returning!

What a great place! This was perfect for 3 couples and our 4 college-age children. We spent a lot of time in and around the pool -- reading and visiting -- and took advantage of the grill and outside dining area. Standard for Belize: you'll need your bug spray! Nathan was super helpful with groceries, reserving golf carts, and organizing a snorkel tour. The location works well with many places to eat within walking distance and many more within a 5 or 10 minute cart ride. There was plenty of room to bring our carts inside the locked gate and we never felt unsafe. The beach is a very short 5-minute walk but we spent most of our time in the pool.

Great home base while in San Pedro! A short cart ride away from the main part of town, but with stores, fruit stands, etc. right nearby. While there wasn't an easy place for ocean swimming nearby (swimming at the beach wasn't really a thing on the east side of the island due to seaweed), the pool was awesome, and it wasn't hard to take the cart into town to swim off of a public pier. Accommodations were great for large groups that may want a bit more privacy (e.g. multiple families traveling together). There isn't a lot of indoor space to spend time as a group, but lots of space outside around the pool, etc. Just make sure you bring your bug spray and get some things called 'Frog Coils' from the store that help keep mosquitos away. Overall - we had a great trip, and Tammi's place was certainly a part of that!

I have never stood in an air bnb and been 150 percent happy with the place. From the house manager Nathan to us meeting the owners briefly it was a unforgettable stay. The only complaint i have were the mosquitos which they have no control over just  bring your OFF spray the place itself omg i have no complaints i needed a blow dryer they had one, the pool clean and felt amazing,  Any help we needed to book our amazing chief or other restaurants Nathan was there to answer it all I can honestly go on and on about this place you must stay here you won’t regret it.

Wonderful location with three separate houses. We were traveling with a group of 11 and everyone was comfortable. The salt water pool in the middle is the best part. Very clean and updated furniture inside and out.  Loved the Belizean chocolate and coffee. More on the expensive side, but worth it.

We booked all three units of this property for our group of 10.  Accommodations were very nice. It was also very clean.  The location was good, and close to numerous bars, restaurants, shopping, grocery, etc.  We had 5 golf carts rented and there was plenty of space for parking them all.  It was nice the property had a gate, so we felt safe/protected.  The outside ambiance was cool with the salt water pool, loungers, fire pit, palapa, etc.  No complaints here, other than the bugs.  Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us.   We loved San Pedro!

Wow is the main word to sum up Tammi/Rob's beautiful property. It is much better than the pictures/description. Our group of 9 has extremely high expectations of any place we stay, and this property was better than a resort. Location was close to everything and very walkable to the beach (2 min walk), stores, etc.. Very safe neighborhood and the little touches made the stay even more enjoyable. Tammi/Rob and the property manager were very easy to get in touch with and gave us great suggestions on things to do, etc... The place has totally been remodeled and looked brand new. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is going to San Pedro.
