The villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and is accessible to guests with mobility needs. It is rented to one group at a time, making it well suited to families, groups of friends, and retreats.
The public and private areas reflect a Caribbean-inspired style, incorporating local art, tropical design, vibrant colors, varied textures, and natural materials. Walking paths wind through the gardens, connecting the individual cabinas with outdoor seating areas, the saltwater pool, and the secluded beach.

The hosts live on the adjacent property and provide security and hospitality as needed. On-site staff handle maintenance when necessary, while housekeeping is available upon request for an hourly fee.
Although the kitchen is fully equipped for guest use, in-home chef services are available for private hire and can be recommended.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour , le logement et son environnement sont magnifiques !! Janet et son mari ont été très accueillant et de bons conseils. La maison correspond à la description et dans un cocon de verdure, la plage est à 2 minutes à pied. L’endroit est paradisiaque.

Janet and Nick were incredible host. They welcomed us even when we got in late at night well after dark. They showed us around on the property and listed all the amenities to us. The beach which is private is your backyard. There is no AC but the fans will help eliminate any mosquitoes flying around and keep you cool throughout the night. The central kitchen, which is an open space is perfect for jumping in and out of the pool to get a meal. this was the perfect paradise specially if you have a big family. They had snorkels and fins so you could take it out to look at the beautiful corals. Just a short walk away. Lots of choices for food and maybe a 5 to 7 minute drive to the downtown where nightlife is bustling. will definitely come back again and stay at this beautiful private resort! Highly recommended.

Janet and Nick were friendly, helpful, easy to communicate with and clearly love where they live. They have made an oasis that is ideal for groups (we had six family members), and they have stocked it with all the right things for cooking things like breakfast and gathering together for drinks and snacks. The private bungalows were clean and very comfortable, and we appreciated having overhead and oscillating fans. The bath products smelled great and were excellent. The easy, tree-lined walk to the beach, where we never saw more than a handful of people over three days, was just delightful, and the on-site boogie boards and other amenities were such a plus. The hosts' instructions were easy to follow, and the fact that they know everyone in town (be sure to go through them to book the friendly and accomodating shuttle drivers they know who will take you into town or wherever) made everything so much easier. We cannot wait to come back!

El lugar estaba muy bonito, pero un poco descuidado. Los detalles como una refri que no funciona, no tenía ventiladores de piso como menciona el anuncio (los compraron un día después de nuestra llegada), en general el lugar se ve que le falta mamtenimiento, bancos, ventiladores de techo y muchas cosas herrumbradas, el portón principal no servía y por lo tanto nunca se puedo cerrar, los portones de salida a la playa totalmente herrumbrados y no cerraban, el tema de seguridad estuvo muy laxo. Además un día de nuestras vacaciones llegó alguien hacer arreglos y taladrar toda la mañana y nadie nos aviso.

Exceptionally helpful relaxed and friendly hosts. Gave us a very useful introductory tour of the area. Sloths, green macaws and howler monkeys on site. Location is quiet and v close to beautiful beach and reef. But also many restaurants within walking distance and anything else a short bike ride. Spacious rooms and particularly central area. Bathrooms well equipped - rooms cooled well by fans. Did not find mosquitos an issue. Note no washing machine but easy to get it done nearby. Well equipped kitchen though no dish washer but that was fine for us. Exceeded expectation.

Our stay was amazing! The place is beautiful and right next to beach. We enjoyed listening to the waves at night and having coffee on the beach. There is an abundance of wildlife to watch from the pool. Janet and Nick were extremely friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return!

We had a very nice stay! We had young children with us, and there is a lot of mosquitoes 🦟 so bring a mosquito net for the kids. The place was wonderful, 2 minute walk to a small private beach, fully equipped kitchen and clean pool. Hide all food and trash at night at the raccoons 🦝 also feel very at home at night. Being from Costa Rica we know that these things are out of the hosts control, this will happen anywhere you go in the Caribbean with an open-space concept. We 100% recommend this place ❤️

This place is just amazing. It's so comfortably situated, has lots of wildlife, is close to the beach (a short dirt path), and is beautifully decorated. There are so many places on this property that you can relax (alone or with a group). We saw more wildlife sitting outside by the pool or on the yoga deck than we did walking through the National Park. Janet and Nick are just delightful people who have clearly put their heart and soul into this property. We had a group of 9 staying on the property. The property is so well set up that my husband and I had a bungalow to ourselves with a beautiful garden bathroom where we could retreat. My adult single children each got their own rooms with an ensuite so they also had their own space to swing in a hammock or have a cup of coffee on their own. Finally, our son and his wife with their 3 children were able to take the larger, two story bungalow where they could also have their own space. It really is an idyllic setting.
