We stayed here for a month in July 2026 - 3 adults, 2 kids (3yo & 12yo). This was a perfect place for us! Lots of room inside, large closets, great AC, beautiful views, multiple TVs. The property was amazing with two large pools, a small playground, parking with an outlet to charge our golf cart, and lots of iguanas to watch. Bonus - the security is 24/7 and very cautious about letting people through the gate. We appreciated staying in quiet Playa Langosta while having easy access to busier Tamarindo. Another bonus is Fish & Cheeses across the street - delicious food PLUS good Belgian beers 🍻 Communication with the host was flawless. Fast responses, clear instructions, and always happy to help. I would be happy to stay here again!

Disfrutamos mucho en este alojamiento. El condominio súper bonito, moderno y limpio. Solicitamos late check out y al final nos dejaron salir un poco más tarde sin costo adicional. Eso es muy importante para nosotros porque somos una familia muy grande y no hubiéramos podido disfrutar con la hora del check in inicial.

Krain was the perfect host, price was beyond reasonable, the condo itself was super clean and well kept, it has a vibrant and modern yet functional feel to it. we asked to extend the rental and they were happy to make that happen for us. over all a great experience and we will revisit this condo when we are back in town!😎

Beautiful condo stocked with all the amenities anyone needs to have a great time. Great views of the area. Shared pool and bbq was used frequently on our stay. Lots of nice touches made this a wonderful stay. Can’t wait to go back!

This is the second time we have stayed at this complex, and this particular condo far exceeded our expectations! We loved everything about it, including how spacious and modern it was. We were unsure about being on the sixth floor and how efficient the elevator would be, but we never had to wait for the elevator! The view is great and we spent a lot of time on the deck. Our only complaint was that the tv was not in the great room so we didn’t watch much tv. We booked at this location again because of its close proximity to the beaches, restaurants, shopping etc, and how easy it is to walk to Tamarindo. Playa Langosta is very close to Tamarindo, but far enough away that it is relatively quiet. Krain Vacation Rentals were excellent to deal with and responded immediately to any questions we had. All of the appliances worked great, and there was plenty of dish soap, laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. No need to buy any! Highly recommend!
