CASA KAIA New Villa on the Beach

Great house in a wonderful town. Juan was super responsive and very helpful along our trip. The house was as advertised in the listing and was great for our large group. I would recommend Juan’s place!

Just a fantastic place. Easily fit 10 adults and 3 kids. Juan was amazing, took care of any questions we had. Beach is really just steps away. Make sure you do have a vehicle in Jaco. Things are close but need to drive. The pool is just perfect if you're not a beach goer. Highly recommend staying here.

Juan’s house was amazing and in the perfect location right outside of Jaco. We were steps away from the beach. Upon arrival the house was clean and had everything we need. I definitely recommend staying at this beautiful house!

We had a very nice stay at this property. The home is comfortable, exactly as described, and it’s a great base to explore the area. The location is fantastic, although a bit remote, and we especially loved how close the beach is — it’s truly a surfer’s paradise just a few steps from the house. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the combination of the beach and the pool. Being able to go surfing, come back for a quick shower, and then relax by the pool with a drink was perfect. Communication with the host was smooth throughout the stay, and check-in was simple and easy. Overall we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you again for hosting us.

Juan’s place was great! New and nicely decorated! We love the quieter laid back vibes of Playa Hermosa while still being only 10-15 minutes from all the shops and restaurants in Jaco. The house is a one minute walk to the beach and the laid out well to accommodate a large group. Were say many parrots, other tropical birds and iguanas. We would definitely stay here again.

We were a party of 12 who visited Juan’s place in February. Our stay was wonderful. The house was beautiful, well made, had all of the amenities we needed, and was in a very safe location. Juan was very responsive and went above and beyond to help us plan activities. If there was a need Juan helped us find it. Eating at his restaurant was calm, beautiful, and delicious experience. We rented cars and made the easy drive to Jaco if we needed to be in the city. I enjoyed that we were outside of the city in a peaceful space. Thank you for a great experience Juan! I wish that we could have stayed longer.

House was beautiful. Definitely recommend & will definitely stay here again when i return!!

I really enjoyed my stay! The place was exactly as pictured. clean, comfortable, and just like the photos. Juan was extremely responsive and always helpful whenever I had questions. He made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
