This tranquil and stylish retreat features an oversized pool—one of the largest in Los Cabos—where you can relax on Sunbrella loungers during the day. Evenings are perfect for dining al fresco on the terrace or unwinding by the fire pit under the night sky.

The Space

Entering the home from the pool deck, the living room doors fold away to create a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The interiors, professionally designed by NATIVE, showcase a modern and inviting style.

The kitchen has been recently updated with Nero Marquina quartz countertops and is fully equipped for your culinary needs. Bluetooth speakers are installed both downstairs and outdoors, ideal for enjoying music while grilling by the pool.

The property includes:

• One bedroom on the main level
• One casita with a kitchenette
• Two bedrooms upstairs

The master bedroom features a luxurious bathroom with double sinks, a vanity, a bathtub, and a separate shower. Both upstairs bedrooms provide stunning sunset views over the water.

Additional Information

• Pool heating costs $85 for the first day and $72 per day thereafter. Heating is generally unnecessary except from mid-November through mid-March.
