La maison a rendu notre séjour entre amis encore plus parfait. La vue, la piscine, les installations dans la maison et la proximité de la maison avec 5e avenue font en sorte que l’on profite de chaque instant. On y retournerait demain matin!

Excelente ubicación dentro de un barrio privado a metros de la playa. La casa es muy cómoda y segura con 4 baños y camas de sobra. Joseph es muy atento y amigable.

Spacious traditional home, large main bedrooms, large common areas outside and inside - was perfect for our family of 6 adults. Excellent location 30m from the beach. Catch the sunrise in the am - wonderful view! Fast response and friendly local manager - maid service was appreciated Was great for our family getaway!

We had a fantastic group stay at Joe's place. The villa looks much better than in the photos, the pool is a dream (the view, the fact that it has a nice sitting area, and because the private roads are super calm), the beach and the view of it are great, the the terrace is delightful, there are plenty of sleeping opportunities, and we felt well supported.

The house was in a great gated community which made our stay safe. Beach location is walking distance. However we had a small issue, the living room and master room AC wasn't working. I notified Carlos and he went ahead and fixed the living room AC the following day, however the Master Bedroom was never fixed making our stay very uncomfortable sleeping in hot weather for 5 nights. I recommend the owner doing a walk thru the house the day of arrival to avoid this problems for upcoming visitors

Casa Jose was a great location, walkable to Playa del Carmen city center and within a block of the beautiful Playacar beach. The house was spacious and comfortable. The pool was lovely!

The location is perfection! Steps to the beach, short walk to 5th Ave or taxi’s. Playacar is gorgeous!! We were greeted by Carlos and checked in on by the housekeeper during our stay. The house is very big with plenty of room. The breeze from the beach is a huge bonus! The beds were too firm for most of us but would not keep us from another visit. So grateful we found this house, as it was the first step we made towards falling in love with PDC!

Perfect is the word I would use to s describe this Airbnb The location was so close to 5th Ave but even closer to the bright blue ocean than the photos showed. we were speechless to the view from the home! The home has 4 stunning bathrooms and so much space for our family of 6. There were beach chairs and coolers at the airbnb you could use at the beach. We are just grateful we were able to spend 6 days here.
