Chic Villa w/2 Private Pools, near Beach & Town

Excellent communication from host. Upon booking he immediately reached out via WA and anything we wanted to do or see, he made it happen.

This Villa is amazingly peaceful! It’s located close enough to town to experience the city of Tulum but also close enough to drive to the beach in the other direction. Jardar was an amazing host, communicating months early on what to expect and making sure we had all questions answered. After a long day of travel and an unexpected rain storm when we arrived, late night food was a challenge (traveling with small children) so I messaged Jardar and within minutes he gave us some suggestions for food. He provided PAGES of any guides for Tulum you can think of from beaches, to cenotes, to restaurants etc. It was all very helpful. The Air BnB itself is very spacious and is a beautiful place to relax after days of exploring. The kitchen is stocked with all necessities if you decide to cook and the bedrooms/ bathrooms were more than spacious. There are other guests in the villa complex but we rarely ever saw them and it was always quiet. Highly recommend!

This place is beautiful! Had everything you need …. LIKE EVERYTHING! well stocked! The host was extremely helpful, lots of recommendations! Easy to find… just be cautious that there is no signal on the road outside the house however as soon as you are on the main road or in the house there is signal/wifi (so never became a problem) Lots of pool choices too which is great! Had a great stay!

We had a great stay with the family to celebrate birthdays. Isolated location- quiet. Great house and rooftop views of sunsets. Very peaceful stay overall. We had a large Chevy Suburban to traverse some unpaved roads to get there but it’s expected in Tulum/Mexico in general. Fantastic service and responsiveness by Jardar the host, and also the onsite staff that were super helpful and friendly. They offered chef services which we utilized daily (chef name Moti) who was fantastic! Overall 10/10 experience. Highly recommended. Will be back!

I had a great 5 night stay at Kanta Tulum. Host responds quickly. The home is beautiful and looks like the photos. Its behind a coded gate, so you feel safe, not that we had any safety concerns. Theres a small market nextdoor for simple items. A short drive to downtown Tulum. About 15min drive from Hotel Zone. 5 out 5 stars, would definetly recommend.

Jardar was a great Host and very communicative. This is beautiful just as described and looks just like the pictures. Everything was clean and had everything needed to make the stay great. The hammock over the living room was great. It’s not too far from town at all so it makes rides easy and short.

This was a great home to stay in! The host was super responsive whenever we had questions. His recommendations for services (i.e. taxi service) were great. All of the great places in Tulum were within a 15 minute drive. The three rooms and full bathrooms were very spacious and private. It was the perfect home for my fellas trip! I highly recommend this home for your next trip!
