The Bungalow was beautiful, comfortable and with a very nice view. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the hot water came out right away. The place is just a few minutes away from places like Playa Hermosa and Playa Panama.

Great spot! We enjoyed our stay. Needs some upgrades but very nice.

My group had to book a last minute stay after our flight was cancelled, and Chantal responded quickly and even let us drop our bags off early since the checkout for our previous place was earlier than check in. The villa is in a lovely gated area with a public pool to hang out at. This is where we waited until we were able to fully check in! The house was clean and well stocked with anything you would need! The only downsides were very uncomfortable beds in all rooms and poor water pressure in the master bathroom. It would be unrealistic to fill the entire tub to actually take a bath, and the shower head had to be removed and held by hand in order to be able to directly spray water. Otherwise, the place was very comfortable and Chantal was very friendly and accommodating!

Hermosa heights is beautiful. The property is close to the pool, mini golf and movie theatre. The beaches, shopping and restaurants are a short drive away and the property itself is spacious, quiet and peaceful with gorgeous views from the covered deck. The home would benefit from some basic maintenance. We struggled with the showers. The shower/bath in the master is not usable and the second shower is finicky at best. We were super stoked to have our own private pool to dip into but also found it to be non-usable after the first day with insects, leaf littler and animal droppings collecting in it and no way to clean it.

The house is as described. The place is extremely quiet, surrounded by nature. Pets arrive at night, so do not leave trash on the balcony, so they do not open the sachets. Pretty safe place. Sufficient towels for everyone, for the pool and for the bathroom. Very comfortable beds and all the rooms come with their air conditioning. The condo is very close to several supermarkets quite complete and very close to beautiful beach.

We spent a week at Playa Hermosa with my husband, parents and 2 teenagers. We enjoyed the location of the apartment - it was very calm and the view was nice. We spent a lot of time on the terrace by the pool. The walk to the beach was about 20 minutes - a bit more with my parents. We didn’t have a car and regretted not doing some grocery shopping prior to arrival.

The place is really nice, clean, and super well equipped. It's quiet, quiet, and private with a great view. Nearby beaches and restaurants. I'd recommend it for your visits to Guanacaste.

Very good place to vacation, the kitchen is very well equipped, it's like being at home!!!...the rooms are comfortable, the beds comfortable... The pool in the house is small and the communal pool is large and has 2 slides and a hot tub with hot water that for the night is great. Keep in mind that there may be normal water clippings in the area. We just left the water for 2 hours on the first day and we were there for 4 days... To go to the beautiful beach, walking is like 10 or 15 minutes walking, depending on the entrance you choose or by car.

Muy buen lugar para vacacionar, la cocina está muy bien equipada, es como estar en casa!!!...los cuartos son cómodos, las camas confortables... La piscina de la casa es pequeña y la piscina comunal es grande y tiene 2 toboganes y un jacuzzi con agua caliente que para la noche es genial. Tomar en cuenta que pueden haber recortes normales de agua en la zona, a nosotros nada más se nos fue el agua 2 horas el primer el día y estuvimos 4 días... Para ir a playa hermosa caminando son como 10 o 15 minutos caminando depende de la entrada que elija o bien en carro..

We stayed a month, parents, kids, grandkids. Enjoyed the private pool and the group pool area with slides was especially nice. The house met our needs, kitchen well equipped and laundry facility was great to have, as well as two bathrooms. When we emailed about A/C not working it was fixed in short order, which we appreciated. There were plenty of towels, sheets etc. It would have been nice to have been provided a table covering. Bats poop on the outside table every night and made a big mess. The decking is in need of some repair with boards loose The group area/Hermosa Heights does NOT have a kids playground, or a pool bar/restaurant. It does look like there are some upgrades happening though. The grandkids enjoyed the minigolf. Overall a good stay. Thanks Chantal.

If you need a place anywhere near Coco, this is for you. Stunning ocean views, parrots flocking by, a lovely plunge pool right on the deck and fantastic location add up to a five star experience. Our hosts were incredibly responsive, and we had a lovely time.

So perfect! We needed an appartment fast because of our flight cancelled. They were really nice and accepted us for an early checkin and late checkout. Very nice view and pool! Very nice beach and calm for small kids with a lot of restaurant.

We booked this Airbnb last minute and really enjoyed our stay. The unit is a LOT bigger than it looks from the photo of the front! Other people had mentioned there being a steep climb from the parking lot to the unit, but only one small section was semi-steep and the rest is easy. The road from the parking lot to the unit is narrow, but it's the very last unit so we backed it up to unload and just left the car right in front for most of the stay (because we walked to most places). If you're going to be driving a lot it's best to leave it in the parking lot. The A/C worked great, huge plus! The unit is in a very secure condo complex with an awesome pool with slides and a swim up bar. Their check-in and check-out times are a little unreasonable, but we drove to the complex at 12pm just to see where it was, talked to the guard and he said the unit was ready! If the unit is not ready then the pool is right there at the gate where you can hang out until it is. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic position, confortable space and beds. The house needs some maintenance (there was a leakage from one of the WC. Since we stayed one night we dealt with It). Normal check in is at 16, that is inaccettabile when renting the place for one night. After some asking they allowed us at 14, but after i have been asking. During these days the whole condominium was under maintenance. It would have been good to know in advance. The noise around was annoying.

This is a beautiful place. Booked it originally because of its proximity to Liberia - we were flying all night arriving in the early morning so wanted a short drive to a beach town. It was way beyond our expectations and wish we had stayed longer! Here I thought we were going to snooze and lay low for the day - but the beach, the pools, the restaurants and the private pool kept us busy all day long.

What a perfect place. First, the touchless checkin was seamless.  We booked in the evening and were able to get in right away.  Chantel saved us! The condo is a seperate unit, not in a tower.  The inside area is very spacious.  All the bedrooms where nice.  The free nespresso pods were a nice touch.  The private in-suite pool area is a dream. We loved dipping our feet while looking at the amazing view.  We did not actually use the big pool in the complex but it looks very nice.  We also loved the area, Playa Hermosa was very nice.  Having dinner on the beach was perfect.  The nearby grocery store has everything you need and within walking distance.  10/10, I will recommend to friends.

We do mention the bit of walk from the parking lot to the condo on the description of the listing, yet  I believe it's worth the view.   It's a pity you didn't mention the repairs while there.  as with everything else, we would have fixed it immediately.

We loved this condo! The location is great for visiting wonderful beaches nearby. We highly recommend Playa Calzon de Pobre and the adjacent Playa Penca (need 4WD!) and Playa Dantita! You can also walk to Playa Hermosa from the condo. The pool on the deck is wonderful and the kids also enjoyed the larger pool with slides on the property. This particular condo is very private, more so than some others on the property. The kitchen is well equipped, beds comfy, wifi worked well even for graphic designer working and a/c was good! We appreciated that there were Pool towels, a blender, toaster oven, extra blankets. Oh and hot water that is actually hot!! The Súper Luperon (I think that’s the name) just down the street is great!! I was surprised at how many items they had which we had had a hard time finding in other parts of CR. Also the bigger groceries in Coco have everything. Particularly the Automercado there is great, especially if you have food sensitivities or other food related needs. Two notes: If you hear lots of racket on the roof at night, it’s likely raccoons! 😂 We finally saw one on the porch. It wasn’t bothersome, but we were curious what it was! Secondly you can drive up the hill (past the parking lot) all the way to the condo, but it is a bit adventurous to have to then back back down the curving hill! We drove up without realizing the first time. It was good to unload up there. We parked down in the parking lot the rest of the time, except we backed up the hill to load up when it was time to leave.

Hi, I don't know what happened but everything I wrote was deleted... Hehe, but what I wrote was that the villa was beautiful, everything perfect. We just found a body liquid soap in the master bathroom. It was probably from previous guests to keep that in mind and that some glasses and dishes were poorly washed. But that's just it. <3

The place is very safe; the pool has no light, it does not have an automatic cleaning system that cannot be used; the jacuzzi does not work (lack of publication that offers services and has them correct). Everything else was great, the location and the beaches nearby are super nice!

We spent one night here at the end of our trip to be close to the Liberia airport.  Everything was clean and as described.  We had hoped to get a little flexibility on check in and check out times to accomodate our travel schedule but were unable to do that given the cleaning schedule so just know you may not find flexibility there.  The pool is not heated and we found it too cold to get in (we stayed in December) but we did enjoy seeing a wide variety of birds on the back deck.

Chantal went above and beyond to help us by arranging shuttles when our rental car was overbooked. I really appreciated the help. My kids loved the community slide and my husband loved the view from the private pool. My favorite were the birds that came to visit while we were on the balcony. We also saw monkeys and iguanas on our walk down to the beach which was a hoped for bonus.

This was a great little place in a good area. Short walking to grocery stores, a couple of restaurants and about 15 mins walk to the beach. Host was very responsive, and for those that need it while travelling in a foreign country, English was great.

I can’t say enough good things about this place and the owner! She was amazing at responding to my questions. My family and I rented this unit at the last minute due to us being robbed at another place in a different part of town. The guards, and the friendly staff made our decision to rent there extremely safe. This place is amazing, very thing you need to enjoy your stay!! I love the private, but public pool in the main area along with swim up bar (my personal favorite), guest check-in and out was so easy! It’s was very nicely decorated, and each room to accommodating to our needs, small private pool right off the deck was a nice touch! Overall made the rest of our trip SO MUCH BETTER! Thank you again!!!! Highly recommend.

Beautiful confort and secure place with amazing view!

The showers are not functional, there is no shower and the water always comes out hot, the bathrooms were dirty and the toilet in the bedroom had leakage problems.

Las duchas poco funcionales, no hay ducha y el agua siempre sale caliente, los baños sucios y el inodoro del dormitorio tenía problemas de estancamiento.

The views and the Pool made this house awesome to relax. Lots of birds and nature to look at while relaxing. The moon and ocean made the nights very enjoyable outside. Thank you very much for the prompt responses and the easy check in process.

Was a very clean and nice place, beautiful views and convinient ubication close to Playa Hermosa beach. Good Internet and confortable beds, fantastic little pool and barbacue outside, conditioned air in all rooms (a little bit noisy). I recommend this place to anyone visiting the Pacific Coast!
