The Space

This private villa offers four bedrooms, including three main bedrooms and a loft bedroom, along with a private pool and a sitting pool overlooking the fairway at the prestigious Reserva Conchal Resort & Golf Community, which spans 2,300 acres.

Professionally decorated, this three-bedroom plus loft villa features a bonus room and an additional study. It is the only villa in Carao with a third-story loft bedroom. The beach club is just a 10-minute walk away.

Located on the 10th hole of the Robert Trent Jones Jr.-designed golf course, Villa Carao 3 is a three-story vacation home that accommodates up to eight guests. Three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with full baths. A travel crib can be arranged through the concierge team, subject to availability and an additional fee.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning throughout and includes a covered carport for two vehicles. Amenities include cable TV, wireless broadband internet, a private phone line, and HD flat-screen televisions. Cleaning service is provided every two days at no extra cost.

Guests receive a complimentary welcome basket containing coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. The villa is fully stocked with extras such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more.

For security, the person who made the reservation must present identification at check-in.

From August 1st to December 15th, the villa is available for long-term rental at $6,000 per month plus taxes. This rate includes a fully furnished home with water, internet, and cable TV. Electricity requires a $500 deposit.
