We had an amazing stay! The house was very clean the grounds are beautiful. They helped with tour reservations responding almost immediately any time we messaged. Such a great experience you won’t be disappointed with this place!

Great house, amazing property! The house - it’s everything you need. Comfortable beds, great views of the jungle including watching monkeys right from your bed. The baths are nice. Very hot water with strong water pressure. The pool is good sized, we had a lot of fun in it. The small town is within walking distance and Ross Restaurante being nearly as close as the end of the driveway was great for keeping our teens fed. The property - this made our trip! We walked it many times and always found something fascinating. Look carefully and you can find so much here. 100s of hummingbirds, a family of howler monkeys (equal parts amazing and eerie to be woken by every morning), agouti, squirrels, iguanas in the palms, frogs - poison dart, tree, and glass, an amazing array of birds including toucans, blue gray tanger, bananaquits. At the river we found monkeys in the trees, watched basilisks run atop the water, and hummingbirds hover overhead. Thanks for sharing your property. Pura vida!

Een prachtig huis met super veel ruimte! Aan veel details is gedacht en we voelden ons er helemaal thuis. We hielden van het grote zwembad en van de douche die uitkeek op de jungle. De responsiviteit was over het algemeen goed. Een kapotte afzuigkap werd dezelfde ochtend nog vervangen. Enige smetje is dat we geen respons kregen bij een verzoek om te helpen een taart te regelen voor onze jarige dochter. Het dorpje Chachagua is niet groot maar biedt alle mogelijkheden met een supermarkt, slager, bakker en zelfs wat mogelijkheden om te shoppen! Dit alles op loopafstand. Echt een heerlijke plek en zou het zeker aanbevelen!

Absolutely AMAZING! The property is situated right next to a breathe taking river and the house itself is immaculate. The host was so nice and communicative, would highly recommend staying here, we will likely be back!

Wow!!! This was the best AirBNB I’ve ever stayed in. We saw sloths on two different days (the first day was thanks to the gardener, Daniel, who came to get us and showed us a mom with baby!). We saw a howler monkey on two different days, as well as many toucans. The pool was a dream! We all loved it and the water temperature was very comfortable. I loved that each bedroom had its own large bathroom. There was a grocery store right down the street in town, and several local restaurants (Lara’s Food was delicious and Sara’s Rolls is a fun treat). We loved staying in this quiet area rather than right in the crowded touristy areas, and it was a beautiful short drive to Arenal Volcano and the La Fortuna Waterfall. I felt like we had a more authentic experience staying at this home ☺️

Danny’s home was absolutely amazing! It was incredibly clean, spacious, and so beautifully designed—it felt welcoming the moment we arrived. The property itself is stunning, from the refreshing pool to the gorgeous tropical plants and even a peaceful stream running through it. Every detail made our stay feel special and relaxing. The home was also very comfortable, making it easy to fully unwind and enjoy our vacation. We truly had the best time here and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Great location just outside of La Fortuna. Super clean and comfy place to stay and enjoy the area.
