Easy checkin, richie is a nice guy that helps you with everything :) The apartment is spacy and really beautiful. 10/10 would recommend!

We had an amazing time at Casa SolBeso! The house is more beautiful in person! The home was immaculate when it came to cleanliness. The house is located on a beautiful quieter part of the Island and we really appreciated that! Shana stayed in communication with us throughout our stay and was very hospitable. The house manager Richie was amazing! He connected us with local restaurants and taxi services. He was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had! The check-in and check-out process was so smooth with Richie greeting us at our arrival and departure! We would definitely stay here again

I loved my stay at Gordon and Shana's house. The home was incredibly beautiful and well cared for. It had everything you could wish for - a pool, spacious accommodations, privacy, luxury and incredible views of the water on all sides from their roof top sitting area. The 3 bedrooms each had their own large bathroom and were roomy and extremely comfortable. Their attention to detail was appreciated and communication was stellar. Had a minor issue with an AC leaking and almost immediately the caretaker and a plumber arrived to fix it, on a Sunday no less. I hope to return one day soon. We really enjoyed our time on Isla Mujeres. I had been there almost 40 years ago and I was thrilled to discover it kept it's local charm.

Wonderful vacation at Casa Solbeso. Beautiful house, located in a safe enclosed community. The service we received from the host and concierge were above and beyond our expectations, they were receptive and quick to respond. The property had all the necessary amenities for our entire family. The property is spacious and impeccably clean inside and out. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils needed for preparing full meals, and the nearby super market was conveniently located. The beds were very comfortable with great quality linens. Overall, an exceptional experience at Solbeso.

We enjoyed our stay, there was a moment the power went out due to the construction directly next to us, but only happened once. The construction was a bit loud in the morning but wasn’t terrible. The pool only gets around 2 hours of sun and was very cold. Other than that, the stay was great and our local host, Richie, was very responsive. Definitely met our needs for this last minute trip.

Gorgeous house in a quieter part of Isla Mujeres. Rent a golf cart for full access to all the island has to offer. The property managers gave us so much helpful advice and priceless recommendations for meals, beach clubs, taxi services, etc. Loved the fact that all three bedrooms had full gorgeous bathrooms. The pool and rooftop decks were amazing. Overall loved our stay!

The space was perfect for our party of 6. Located in a quiet neighborhood directly behind The Joint. It was nice to have amenities such as distilled water, good water pressure, a comfortable couch and Netflix! Will definitely stay again.

Just a lovely place! If an issue was quickly fixed…like within 30-1-hour. Never had a host communicate so fast and provided recommendations on chef and transport. All 3 bedrooms were so nice no one ever felt they were in a “guest” room that wasn’t the master. It has it all….more balconies than anyone can use, pool with comfortable seating and lovely shaded table if desired. We came for the sunsets and did NOT disappoint. Cannot wait to come back!!
