The Space

Welcome to your private tropical compound, accommodating up to 50 guests with 18 bedrooms, 6 kitchens, a rooftop plunge pool, and ultra-fast 1000 Mbps Wi-Fi. The property consists of two white buildings featuring lush courtyards, 12 bathrooms, rooftop lounges, and expansive living areas. Located just one minute from the beach and 5th Avenue, it offers a peaceful environment ideal for restful sleep.

Designed to host large groups, yoga retreats, celebrations, and family reunions, the compound allows you to cook together or enjoy privacy by spreading out.

Two "Castillos" (castles) make up the property, each with three levels. Every floor has an identical layout including:

• 3 bedrooms
• 2 bathrooms
• A kitchen
• A living room
• Wrap-around balconies

One tower includes an unheated rooftop jacuzzi, and there is an in-ground pool at the front of the house. Photos showcase all six kitchens, living rooms, and bedrooms.

Location

The villas are within walking distance to nearly everything you might need. The beach is only 150 meters away, and a one-minute walk brings you to 5th Avenue and the outdoor mall, which hosts stores like Starbucks, Zara, and H&M. The Starbucks features a large waterfall and a massive shade tree, providing a relaxing spot nearby.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire compound and its amenities. The property is conveniently located close to the beach and main shopping areas.

Additional Information

• The Castillos can be rented separately if your group has 25 or fewer guests. Each tower will be listed individually and can be booked up to six months in advance. Condominiums sleeping 8 guests each will be available for rent 1-2 months prior to arrival.
• Guests are responsible for arranging groceries, drinking water, and beverages before arrival. The property provides basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, and pepper. It is recommended to order groceries and water from Chedraui’s website to have everything ready upon check-in.
• The villas were originally built in 1989 and renovated in 2000. While they may not feature the latest modern amenities, they are well-maintained and suitable for large groups. Due to Playa del Carmen’s humidity, sun, and salty air, ongoing maintenance is necessary. The on-site team, led by Danny, is available to promptly resolve any issues during your stay.
• For guests seeking newer properties, alternative listings are available. However, if you appreciate the charm and character of an older home, Los Castillos offers a unique vacation experience.
• A security deposit of $3,000 USD (fully refundable) or a non-refundable $118 fee is required outside the Airbnb platform. This will be noted at Airbnb checkout below your total. The property is connected to Airbnb via API software and is responsible for any damages.
