Encanto is a tranquil and beautiful retreat designed for relaxation, reconnecting with nature, and enjoying stunning ocean views. This cozy and inviting home offers the perfect setting to unwind and make the most of your well-earned time off.

Located within the exclusive and secure Club Punta Leona, Encanto overlooks the Pacific Ocean and is just a short 5 to 10-minute walk from the pristine white sands of Playa Blanca.

The Space

Encanto is a unique, stylish, and warm house with a captivating ocean view and a distinct personality. Situated in the district of Tárcoles, Garabito County, in the Province of Puntarenas, it is approximately 90 minutes from San José.

The property is surrounded by lush tropical forest and beautiful beaches featuring white sand and emerald-green Pacific waters. The beach is easily accessible on foot.

This home includes a private swimming pool with panoramic views, perfect for enjoying the natural surroundings. Birdwatching enthusiasts will appreciate the variety of colorful birds that visit the area, especially in the morning when their songs are most melodious. You can observe them from the deck or while walking around the property.

Encanto comfortably accommodates up to four guests with two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The house offers beach house comforts such as:

Guest Access

The house is divided into three sections. Guests have exclusive access to the areas marked with a red star in the photos and blueprints. The other sections will not be rented out during your stay, ensuring you have the entire property to yourself.

• Second Floor: Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and individual air conditioning, plus one full bathroom

Location and Nearby Attractions

• Encanto is approximately a 1.5-hour drive from San José Airport.
• For fishing enthusiasts, Los Sueños Marina is just 20 minutes away. It is a full-service port catering to luxury sport fishing boats and yachts.
• Golf lovers can visit La Iguana Golf Course, featuring 18 championship holes, a 73.4 course rating, par 72, and slope 145. The 6,698-yard Ted Robinson-designed course offers an exceptional golfing experience.
• For dining and nightlife, Jaco is only 25 minutes away.
• Playa Hermosa is also nearby and worth exploring.

Club Punta Leona Information

Encanto is located inside Club Punta Leona. While the club offers exclusive amenities for members only (including parking), Airbnb guests do not have access to these facilities. The community benefits from three security checkpoints and private roads for access.

Mini-markets within the club are open to everyone, and there are numerous excellent restaurants outside the club.

The Club Punta Leona security team requires all residents to provide the full names and identification numbers of all guests using the private roads and passing through security checkpoints. To comply, guests must submit the full names and ID numbers (driver’s license, passport, state ID, or gym ID with a photo) of everyone listed in the reservation before check-in. Copies or images of IDs are not required, only the numbers.
