The Space
Relax in this peaceful and stylish villa located in a quiet and secure neighborhood. The property features a private swimming pool measuring 6 meters by 3 meters, complete with a waterfall.
The villa accommodates up to six guests and includes:

- A fully equipped kitchen
- Three bedrooms
- Three bathrooms
- Parking space
The villa is composed of two separate buildings. The first building contains the living room, kitchen, and one bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The second building houses two queen bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Hot water and air conditioning are available throughout the entire house.
Location
The villa is ideally situated 1.5 kilometers from Playa Grande beach, approximately a 20-minute walk. Nearby, you will find restaurants and convenience stores. The property is also close to several other beaches, including Playa Conchal, Minas, Real, and Tamarindo.

Additional Information
It is recommended to rent a vehicle to explore the many nearby beaches. While Playa Grande has two small convenience stores, the nearest supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away.
Wildlife such as birds, raccoons, coatis, skunks, and opossums may occasionally visit the pool area to drink. These animals are harmless and simply passing through, offering a unique opportunity for great wildlife photography.

L’extérieur est très agréable et les photos correspondent parfaitement à l’annonce. À notre arrivée, nous avons même eu la chance de voir un raton laveur passer au bord de la piscine, un super moment 🤩 Nous recommandons cette location !

Stephanie’s place is a beautiful haven of peace and holiday. The house is beautiful, very close to the beach, surf and good restaurants while also easy to explore the wider region. Stephanie is a very friendly and accessible host, we highly recommend this place.

My friends and I loved our stay at this house! Stephanie was super kind and responsive to any questions or issues we had. The place was very clean, quiet, private and we felt safe the entire time. She even gave us a list of recommendations for local stores and restaurants. I would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful 6 days with our grown children! The rooms were clean and spacious. Everyone had their own bathrooms and private spaces for sleeping. Stephanie was a wonderful host-extremely responsive with requests and respectful of our privacy at all times. We had an issue with plumbing once, but David and Stephanie worked hard to rectify it as soon as possible. It was about a 20-25 minute walk to the beach but really hot (not complaining) so we chose to drive other times and had no issues with parking. I would totally recommend this villa to friends and family!
