Todo estuvo excelente, el departamento, las amenidades, la ubicación, etc. El unico detalle es el edificio que están construyendo al lado que tapa la vista y sobre todo que desde las 7:00 am empezaban a trabajar y demasiado ruido. Temas externos pero afectaron de ahi en fuera todo excelente

The condo was beautiful and they were very accommodating of our need for the pack and play. The property manager was also amazing at arranging activities for our family.

We came after Hurricane Priscilla had just passed and were there for tropical storm Randy. During this time they were very responsive and helpful with information on safety and how to navigate roads, and when to stock up and stay off roads. Due to the Hurricane, the maids were not able to stop by before hand, but property managers were responsive to help us find what we needed to clean up quickly. We also had an air conditioner not work on arrival, but due to the hurricane, it was hard to get someone out, yet they got someone there that night and resolved the problem by the next morning. I think they did a great job handling all the unexpected issues quickly and communicated very well during the process. They are very responsive and helpful about everything. I would definitely stay again, even though we had bad weather that caused trouble, they went out of their way to try and fix everything quickly. Thank you for having us, we hope to see you again in the not to distant future.

I’m trying not to be one of those “Rosy Reviews” where everything is perfect and nothing went wrong. But, this was everything I could reasonably expect from a private party rental. The hosts were responsive. I say hosts, because they work as a team to ensure that our stay was a good one. They helped us arrange a ride from the airport, gave us local recommendations for food and fun, they made sure we had some basic gear to walk to the beach with (that’s right, we didn’t need a ride share to get to the beach, just a short walk around the corner). There is some significant construction adjacent to the condo, but we were made aware of that well in advance, and the hosts were gracious enough to give us a discount for it, which was also published when we were looking for a place to stay. In short: hosts were awesome and honest, cannot recommend them enough. The condo: clean, beautiful view of the ocean and adjacent beach. Had what we needed to be comfortable.

The place was clean, spacious, new appliances, and well maintained. The location for what I needed was great. I cannot comment about the pool area and overall experience about the condo as the circumstances for my stay changed and mostly used the place to sleep and shower.

The overall experience was great. The place was easy to find and check in. The only downside is there is an ongoing construction for a building next door. But I am sure once the construction is completed, it will be awesome.

Si se pudiera evaluar con 10 estrellas se las daría, un lugar muy limpio y con muebles acorde a cada espacio.. El área de la terraza es lo mejor ya que tiene vistas a la playa y a la alberca si es que llevan a niños, los accesos a la playa un adicional que poco lugares cuenta con ellos y se los puedo asegurar ya que yo vivo en Cabo San Lucas. Gracias Garth y Kanoelani por dejarme visitar y conocer el lugar aprovechando mi localidad, definitivamente un lugar al cual pienso regresar.
