I’m saddened to have to write a negative review, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. We were a group of three people, yet when we arrived there were only two bath towels provided. Although the listing advertised two beds, one was extremely small for two people and the second “bed” was actually the sofa, which was in terrible condition. It was broken, dirty, and had undefined stains on it, like the ceiling. We also found a cockroach in the apartment. After contacting the host, they eventually provided us with sheets for the sofa, but after a long flight this was not the kind of welcome we expected. The communication was quite poor. I contacted the phone number provided to arrange the airport shuttle, but never received a reply. Furthermore, the rooftop pool I was the most excited about was closed, and we were never informed of this before our arrival. Fortunately, we only stayed for one night. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Me reclaman 26$ por un jabón que tuve que comprar porque no saben atornillarlo a la pared y cuando llegué estaba en el suelo (me lo quieren cobrar en vez de atornillar) Me reclaman un papel en el techo que no sé ni cómo acabó ahí, al parecer el equipo de limpieza que tienen o tira bolas al techo o se dejaron eso anteriormente, también lo reclaman. El peor trato que he tenido como turista en todo Costa Rica, por cierto la piscina no va, que no os mientan, está vacia

Muy bonito el apartamento y la ubicación. La cama rechinaba bastante y la recepción del edificio no es tan amigable como Pedro, quien estuvo pendiente para resolver todas nuestras dudas.
