The Space
This beautiful new villa in Playa Grande offers a private pool and comfortable accommodations. The main house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the separate casita includes one bedroom and one bathroom. Both the main house and casita come fully equipped. The casita has a kitchenette with a refrigerator and freezer.
The entire house showcases high teak ceilings throughout. Each room is fitted with its own air conditioning unit, wardrobe, and drawers for convenient storage. The casita also boasts high teak ceilings, a private kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a wardrobe.
The backyard serves as a peaceful retreat, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Relax by the pool or enjoy barbecuing on the spacious patio. The custom-made patio dining table, crafted from the region’s beautiful Guanacaste trees, seats up to 12 guests. Large sliding doors connect the kitchen to the patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.
Private parking is available for up to four vehicles.
Location
The villa is located just a 3 to 5-minute walk from the beach, where you can find some of Costa Rica’s most consistent waves. A jungle trail leads directly to the shore. You are within a 5-minute walk of three different surf breaks as well as a calm swimming beach.
Monkeys can often be seen swinging through the trees in the backyard while you listen to the sound of crashing waves.
Please note that Playa Grande is a developing town, and there is construction adjacent to the property as well as in various areas throughout the town.

Additional Information
- Please conserve water and electricity by turning off air conditioning and lights when leaving the house or casita.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside both the house and casita.
- Pets are not allowed on the property.
- A $100 fine will be charged for violations of these rules.
- Lost keys will incur a $20 replacement fee.

Our stay in Playa Grande was absolutely magnificent. Kristena and Jason’s home is an oasis. The gardens surrounding the pool are breathtakingly beautiful and serene. The main house and casita are lovely and impeccably clean, both outfitted with everything you need for an amazing stay. Kristena and Jason are very welcoming and kind hosts. Their communication was outstanding, and they were extremely helpful and attentive. They provided a wealth of information about chefs, transportation, hiking, concierge services, and restaurants. They have poured so much love into creating a beautiful home, and we feel truly blessed to have experienced it.

We just spent the last 7 days at this beautiful home with our 4 adult children, and I cannot recommend it enough! The location is perfect…short walk through the jungle to the most epic beach! And so quiet and private. The backyard was dreamy!! The pictures don’t do it justice! We watched a family of monkeys play in the trees behind the house on our first night there, and it was just magical. It’s a sleepy little beach town, which we absolutely loved. And the surfing was so so good! We spent every day at the beach. The owners were super friendly and very helpful, answering all of my questions promptly. I’m recommending this house to all of my friends, and I can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful, brand-new home just a few minutes walk to the beach at Playa Grande. Our host went above and beyond at every opportunity to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We arrived very late from the airport the first night and they even dropped off dinner for us. Wow!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely rental. It backs up to the jungle and the feeling is very private! Great location, we walked to the beach every day. The home is really nicely constructed, modern and clutter free. Thank you for everything!

House was so perfect for our family! The main house had everything we needed and the casita was great for grandma! The house must be new because everything is in pristine condition. There is a super cute jungle path to the beach, (about 4 min walk ) monkeys visited us every day and the kids just couldn’t get enough! I highly recommend playa grande and this home. Was the perfect family vacation! Felt like luxury beach and jungle all combined. Side note beach was perfect for beginner Surfers and experts.
