We’re located in beautiful Monteverde, Costa Rica, where you’ll feel right at home. With large glass walls throughout the apartment, you’ll be able to fully enjoy the stunning natural surroundings and peaceful atmosphere.. The space Modern apartment located on the first floor( there is another apartment on the second floor) surrounded by trees that give the feeling of being in the forest. Perfect for couples, families and friends. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and utensils. Located less than 10 minutes away from the center of the town. Our Eco-friendly property is in harmony we nature.

Fantastic relaxing location near Monteverde and just 5 mins walk to Aventura zip lines. We had a problem with the shower flooding but Gamaliel was very responsive in sorting out. One minor point is that there is another building right beside this one which isn’t visible on the photos , so not quite as private as appears.

lugar bien acondicionado, y cercano a atracciones, el host fue amable, considerar que se alquila el espacio del primer piso, en el segundo piso hay ruido constante durante el día. Si vas con mascotas lee previamente las condiciones ocultas, rente el lugar porque decía Pet friendly, pero mi error fue no leer detalladamente las condiciones ocultas y recibí un cargo adicional, sin embargo fue mi error no leer detalladamente. Por las fotos esperaba un lugar más aislado, pero hay otras casas al lado, por lo que no necesariamente es tan privado como esperaba. En general lo recomiendo

Es un lugar tranquilo y rodeado de naturaleza. Estaba muy limpio y ordenado. María Fernanda estaba muy atenta y la comunicación fue muy rápida. Está muy cerca de 100% Aventura en donde hicimos canopy.

The location was perfect for our Monteverde adventure. Easily accessed everything we wanted to do from zip-line to a night hike to a 6-mile self-guided hike in Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve. We also drove to Viento Fresco Waterfalls about 50 minutes away and the swim in waterfall #3 was a family favorite for the trip. Lots to do, very peaceful surroundings at the house and easy to get to good food in Santa Elena! Simple and perfectly comfortable accommodations and the host was wonderful and helpful.

Please read well the description before booking. We thought the whole building was for us but as clearly mentioned in the listing you get only one floor (we didn't read it carefully so it was our fault). Communication with the hosts was excellent from the booking to check out. The place is located in a quiet area next to a finca with cows, a bit far away from the small town and the main road is not paved and a bit bumpy for the last 2 km. The view from the house is really relaxing with a beautiful sunset. We loved the natural peace at night time. Kitchen is equipped enough to cook some basic meals, bathroom with hot shower and good pressure for costarican standards. If you stay downstairs maybe you could hear other guests steps from the apartment upstairs sometimes. Overall a nice stay!

Great location in the jungle but close enough to the downtown for food and activities. No air conditioning but the climate is cool enough that we slept comfortably. Would recommend to friends and family.
