Peel House

We loved our stay at Casa Peel! Would definitely recommend a 4X4 to navigate the steep road to the house. The serenity of the property can't be over-stated: in four days, the only sign of civilization was occasionally hearing a car passing on the road. The location made for easy access to Quepo and Dominical. We wanted to spend as many hours as possible relaxing at the house on the last day of our stay.

Waking up in this beautiful, primarily, open-air home was nothing short of magical. I had the best sleep in a long time. The house is beautifully designed with a great pool which our kids spent all day in. The first morning we had a family of monkeys come through the trees and hang out all day. We saw toucans, an agouti, the “Jesus Christ” lizard, and many other birds and insects. The surroundings were so peaceful and, even with two young kids, we felt very relaxed. We cooked many meals, mainly because we didn’t want to leave the beautiful property. Everything was great. Just keep your distance from the Cane Toads who hang out at night, but they will not bother you.

Quel plaisir de se retrouver dans cette magnifique demeure, au milieu d'une nature généreuse et luxuriante. Le café sur la terrasse tous les matins à observer toucans et pisote, quelle belle façon de profiter des vacances. Nous avons tout adoré de Casa Peel, que ce soit la piscine, la vue ou le confort simple mais idéal pour décrocher du quotidien et découvrir la jungle du Costa Rica. Que du bonheur !

Ons verblijf in Saverge was werkelijk onvergetelijk. Gelegen midden in de jungle word je hier elke ochtend wakker met het geluid van talloze vogels. Voor natuurliefhebbers en vogelaars is dit een waar paradijs. We zagen elke dag verschillende soorten, vaak gewoon vanaf het terras, met een fenomenaal uitzicht over het groene landschap

This is our second year working with Biue Morphilo. Monica is super helpful and very responsive. The property is a special place to get away from the crowds and relax.

Wonderful place the serenity was outstanding we love to hike so we actually enjoyed hiking the mountain roads. The beaches close by were friendly and easy to get too. But if you like your outdoor space and nature it’s a great fit there was plenty of wildlife and I will miss my black tail iguana friend we became close. We were there a month and really didn’t get bored.

Nous sommes 2 couples ayant séjourné 9 jours dans ce paradis. Bien que la montée soit sportive, le lieu est magique. De la casa, tous les jours, on s’émerveille. On a pu observer tellement d’animaux (geckos, iguanes, capucins, agoutis, coatis), d’oiseaux (loris, toucans, oiseaux de proie...) et une vingtaine d’espèces identifiées via l’application Merlin dont un hibou. Et que dire des insectes tel que criquets géants, papillons Morpho, sauterelles vertes... La casa est bien équipée et les lits très confortables. La piscine est parfaite pour se rafraîchir. On a eu un petit enjeu avec internet et avons manqué de gaz pour eau chaude et la cuisinière.Monica a répondu rapidement pour régler le problème. On a apprécié la plage Matapalo à 10 minutes d’auto. On a apprécié la chutes près d’Uvita, le parc national de Uvita et la visite de Dominical. On s’ennuie déjà de ce décor enchanteur, reposant et intime.

Such a beautiful place surrounded by all of the beautiful wildlife that makes Costa Rica such a special place. This was the perfect place to introduce our children to the adventures of travelling. Very private with lots to explore around the property. We had different wildlife visitors everyday ranging from toucans and sloths to capuchins and giant grasshoppers. A great place to look forward to after long days of beach hopping and sight seeing. With all of the local food options and things to do in Uvita, Dominical, Matapalo and Manuel Antonio areas, we could’t have asked for a better and more centralized location to see it all.

This was a fantastic house, the bedrooms were comfortable, the house was very clean and the host was very responsive! The yard was spectacular, saw birds and bugs galore. Our only drawback was the living room furniture wasn’t comfortable. Otherwise I would highly recommend this location if you want to be close to Uvita and Quepos.

We could have stayed forever— so lush and beautiful. The pool— so refreshing — the privacy — perfection!
