The host was easy to communicate with and was always immediately responsive. Great service and recommendations. The condo was clean and exactly what was advertised. The pool was a bonus and was nice to relax in after a hot and busy day out.

El dto es amplio y cómodo. El condomio tiene pileta y está cerca del centro (3 cuadras) y cerca de la playa (5 cuadras) El auto se deja en la calle la cual es segura. Sin duda la recomiendo.

Great location, 5 minutes to the beach, shops and restaurants. Walkable to playa langosta as well (20 minutes), which is a little less crowded and so much fun to explore during low tide. Security 24 hours and this unit is by the security guard so always felt secure. The security guards (we met 2) were all friendly and helpful. Howler monkeys spotted quite close. Pool was a great spot to cool off when it was too hot to traverse to the beach.

L’appartement est très bruyant puisque nous sommes situés à L’entrée du complexe, mis à part cet inconvénient il est très bien situé! Petit bémol quant à la propreté mais ce n’est pas non plus insalubre… nous avons énormément apprécié la communication avec l’hôte.

I would rate this stay less than one star and would not recommend it, mainly due to the complete lack of customer service. The only positive was the location—everything in Tamarindo is a 5–10 minute walk. Upon arrival, the safe didn’t work (open but stuck locked) with no instructions. I contacted the host multiple times via Airbnb, what’s app, and email and received no response during my stay—only automated replies after checkout. The unit also had strong scented plug-ins and even scented toilet paper, which caused a migraine and skin irritation. This should be disclosed, especially for guests sensitive to fragrances. Sleep was a major issue due to loud, disruptive guests in the complex every night. The unit was average and did not match the photos. Cleanliness, especially in the showers, was lacking, and basic items like a coffee table were missing. Overall, very disappointing. I would not stay here again.

All the reviews are accurate! This place was perfect - coffee and filters (so nice!), 5 minute walk to the beach, a lot of space in the home, two pools in the complex, a balcony to have coffee or a nightcap, all just wonderful! We would definitely stay here again!
