The Space
This house offers a stunning view of Acapulco Bay, providing a comfortable and private setting ideal for vacations. It features two outdoor terraces perfect for enjoying a pleasant afternoon with your partner or family. The pool is fully private.
Please note that parties are not permitted. Groups and families must adhere to the property's rules, as the neighborhood is very quiet.
The house does not have direct access to the sea.

- 7 minutes from La Quebrada de Acapulco, Paseo del Pescador, the yacht club, and Zócalo
- 5 minutes from nearby beaches
- 8 minutes from the famous La Quebrada cliff divers show
- 6 minutes from the Zócalo pier and Acapulco yacht club
Access and Layout
To reach the house, enter the private condominium and park in the common parking lot. From there, walk approximately 20 meters along a walkway to the front door.
Upon entering, descend a few stairs to the main room. Then, go down about 15 more steps to access the rest of the house, including the pool and terraces.
The house is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, as shown in the photos.
Guest Access
- Check-in is available from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
- If you expect to arrive after 6:00 pm, please notify in advance to arrange check-in.
Rules and Additional Information
- Music should be kept at a moderate volume after 10:00 pm.
- Birthday celebrations are allowed only with registered guests and must comply with house rules.
- Late-night parties are prohibited.
- Maximum occupancy is 20 people.
- For guests exceeding 16 people, an additional fee applies per person, varying by season.
- Extra cleaning or cooking services are available for an additional charge, payable upon arrival.

Excelente la estancia, las fotos coinciden con el anuncio, cuenta con todo lo necesario para sentirse en casa, la comunicacion con Enith fue rápida desde un inicio, muy muy recomendable, mi familia en especial los pequeños quedaron fascinados con el lugar, y la vista ni se diga, un lugar 10/10...🤩🤩

La casa es muy bonita y quedo perfecta para recibir a nuestro grupo (10px), fuimos en plan de convivir por fin de año con compañeros de trabajo y la casa fue de lo mejor, buenas instalaciones, centrica, la atención de Enith fue de lo mejor, sin duda alguna regresaré

Host Was very communicative. We felt very safe and comfortable at their stay. The Home is a Gated community .All rooms were spacious and comfortable. They greeted us well and gave us a tour of the home soon as we arrived. Home was very clean , roach free. All their rules are very clear on their fridge. Host responded fast to any questions we had. Host also recommended us places to eat or other services they might offer.

La atención que recibí por parte de Enith fue excelente, siempre estuvo al pendiente y cualquier duda o situación que tuve la respondió de inmediato. El espacio muy ameno y grandiosa vista !
