The space Tamarindo Sunshine Vacation Rentals are located in a highly desirable location, just 50 meters from the beach and our pristine coastline here in Tamarindo Bay. These are newly built, short term apartments that are available for up to 90 days at a time and back up to a green zone, or “zona verde”. Our modern apartments offer one bedroom and one bathroom with a small outdoor patio (or balcony if you’re on the second floor). The bedroom is outfitted with a high quality mattress which offers the comfort that you want and need. The rental also features a small kitchenette where you can make your meals. Our home is also located on the property and we treat everyone who rents from us like our family. We have been living in Tamarindo since it was just a one block town…we were even one of the first homes on the road to Langosta to have TV and a phone! Since then, we have welcomed many people here from around the world, each of them touching our lives in wonderful ways. We have created these new apartments so that we can have more people visit us and join our international family at Tamarindo Sunshine! Place is cozy and safe. Beach and restaurants easily accessible. Fresh water to take a bath made feel right at home. Overall, I will return, hopefully when the construction is over as the work goes on 7 days per week.

Sol's place was pretty nice. There was an equipped kitchen with pots, pans, blender and coffee maker. Pretty much whatever you needed. What I liked the most was the fresh towels and washcloths every day. There's no tv, but I'm not much of a tv watcher. The apartment in a whole was pretty nice. I have no complaints. Thanks Sol!!

The location is AMAZING for a quick easy walk to the beach. They take great care in cleaning the room each day. Communication was always prompt and friendly. Construction was no bother at all. I would definitely come back! :)

Sunshine Tamarindo is currently expanding and they were so up front about construction going on around us. but they went above and beyond to separate construction from our suite and we hardly noticed it! the suite was perfect , full kitchen, and exactly what we needed. 2 -5 minute walk from just about anything in Tamarindo not to mention the beach literally across the street ! everyone was so incredibly kind and it was the easiest check in we have ever experienced! will definitely be coming back to see the updates!!!
