Cliffside Villa Overlooking Ocean, Private Pool

Amazing stay in San Juan del Sur! The location and view were absolutely stunning hard to beat waking up to that every day. Paul was a wonderful host, and the place was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone visiting the area! Claudia and Memo made the stay the best by far as well!! Grateful for the team

This home is one of the most amazing Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in. The setting is magnificent! The views are fantastic. We never wanted to leave!! Which was perfect because it allowed us to visit with our friends without feeling the need to go and do anything else. We used the pool extensively and Paula (the cook and caretaker of the home during our stay) was very warm and friendly. The road to the home was steep and the driveway even steeper, but our car and the cars of our friends (both 4 wheel drive and not) were all able to make it. If it was raining it might have been more difficult.

If you’re looking for the best view around SJDS, book this place! The house is gigantic and same goes for the pool. Best place to relax and watch the sunset!

Absolutely amazing doesn’t do this place justice. I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb‘s, and I’m a host that runs an Airbnb, and I can confidently say this is the nicest and best Airbnb that I’ve ever stated. The amenities, the view, and Claudia and Guillermo were absolutely wonderful and made us feel right at home. If you have the opportunity to have Claudia make food for you, it will be better than anything you will have in any of the surrounding restaurants nearby. Do not hesitate to book this place. It will exceed all of your expectations. I am currently daydreaming about coming back as soon as possible to enjoy that view once more.

Place was awesome. It had a Sonos system installed on the ceiling which you can just link to your phone to listen to music. It came with a lovely attendant who is more than happy to prep meals while the family enjoys the pool. Lastly, the caretaker was very helpful. Hands down, I would do it again. I would recommend to any who wish for a relaxing hassle free time. Just beware of the 1 steep hill to get there. Well, 2 actually. You need a strong vehicle if fully loaded. I had a AWD CRV fully loaded and it was interesting to say the least.

Paul’s place was beautiful! The view was incredible from all places in the house. The pool was large and clean. The best parts were Claudia and Guillermo. Claudia would cook and clean everyday. She cooked authentic Nicaraguan dishes that were delicious. She would cook anything upon request and it was incredible. She also kept our rooms and the house clean. Guillermo took care of the house and pool. He gladly went to town and grabbed groceries or whatever else we needed. They were so kind and welcoming that I’m certain we will be coming back.

J’ai visité San-Juan-Del-Sur à plusieurs reprise et la villa est de loins la plus belle que nous ayons eu la chance de louer. La configuration de la maison avec la piscine intégrée à l’aménagement est superbe. La maison est bien équipée, les chambres son spacieuses et la vue est extraordinaire. Guillermo à été vraiment courtois et à su répondre rapidement à toutes nos demandes. Je vais revenir c’est certain.

Beautiful place with gorgeous views and beautiful sunsets. We had a wonderful family vacation. Claudia and Guillermo made us felt right at home. Will definitely go back. Highly recommended.
