The Space

The villa spans over 2,100 square feet and features Mediterranean-inspired decor. It includes a fully furnished eat-in terrace with a gas grill and wet bar, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. Each room has cable and flat-screen TVs, ceiling fans, and individual thermostats.
The master suite offers a king bed with a pillow-top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, a sitting area with balcony access, and entertainment options including TV, VCR, DVD, and Wi-Fi. The guest suite contains two queen beds, a small refrigerator, a full bathroom, and a complete entertainment center. The living room has a pull-out sofa bed that sleeps two, with an adjacent full bathroom.
The kitchen is fully stocked with a breakfast bar, dining table, full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and a full pantry. Drinking water throughout the complex is fully filtered. A washer, dryer, and wash tub are conveniently located near the kitchen.

We just returned from a wonderful vacation in Cabo San Lucas, and our stay at the Estancia Resort exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was immaculate, the grounds, the pools, and the facilities were all perfectly maintained. The weather could not have been more perfect, which made relaxing by the pool and enjoying the beautiful surroundings even better. Our Airbnb accommodations were spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, making us feel right at home. The resort staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure every detail of our stay was flawless. We truly had an amazing time and left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming about our next visit. Allen’s place was even better than the pictures and descriptions. The villa views were stunning. The place itself was clean along with the entire resort grounds. It exceeded expectations in every way. Highly recommend staying here!!!

This is our 2nd time staying here and it did not disappoint! The grounds are beautiful and the residence is a great fit for our girls weekend in Cabo! We will be back again in 2025!

Your place was beautiful thank you so much for letting us stay there. We always stay in the same resort and we visit Cabo at least four times a year. Our next trip should be sometime in January if you have that available and another spot we would love to rent it again. As we will be more people extra, we all family with married kids
