Designed to accommodate remote workers, the condo includes comfortable workspaces and individually temperature-controlled bedrooms. The expansive dining area is perfect for gatherings, while the terrace invites you to enjoy breathtaking sunsets with cocktails and conversation.

From arrival, a dedicated guest experience manager is available to assist with recommendations, reservations, and travel plans. An Environmental Sanitation Fee of 38.00 pesos per room, per night is charged by the Los Cabos Municipal Government. This fee supports community projects such as beach cleaning, water treatment, waste collection, coastal wetland management, reforestation, and other sustainability initiatives in Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. Although collected by the resort, this fee is mandated by the local government and is not affiliated with Villa La Estancia.

Gorgeous place! Views are amazing and place is clean. Place was spacious and we felt very comfortable. They had all the beach amenities as well, which my kids were very thankful for. Not much for kids at this resort so the beach was the only place they could play. You are not allowed to play in the pool (jumping in or throwing footballs etc). We were able to get beach loungers each day but they fill up fast and are taken for the entire day. Pool loungers were impossible during our stay.

My best recommendation to everyone is to book with Dean, you will never find a better host than Dean, he was so responsive to our questions before we got there and during our stay. The villa offers a huge balcony with an exceptional ocean view, the view is worth more than rental cost. We appreciate the open space inside the villa, comfortable couch, dining table, open kitchen, spacious bedrooms and oversized bathrooms. The custom touch makes this a very special villa. It’s a beach living with all the amenities expected in a 5 star resort, best concierge, housekeeping, world class health and fitness centre, swim up bar and the building is right on Medano beach, walking distance to the town centre where you can enjoy some of the best restaurants in Cabo . Costco, Walmart, Fresko is just a few minutes away. Overall, we really appreciated Dean and his team, we love this place so much, we are planning to bring our kids and grandson here in January. Thanks Dean.

My family loved the space. The balcony was bigger than we expected. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool and restaurants with the market were great. There is a closet with a cooler and floating hammocks that were handy. Very friendly staff onsite all the time. The check in and check out process was smooth. A really awesome place

This was one of the best Airbnb’s that I have ever stayed at. This Airbnb was clean, fit a good group of people, updated, and the hosts were extremely helpful and responded immediately when I had questions or requests. It was the perfect place to come back to after going to dinner with my friends and we felt like it was our home. I asked for recommendations for transportation, activities, and where to eat and all of that was provided in a timely manor. The check in and check out process was smooth and the price for this place was perfect! As a group of girls, we felt extremely safe and thought it was the perfect location for all the excursions and reservations we made. I will 100% be staying here in the future and recommending this place to my friends and family because it went above and beyond my expectations.

Our family of 6 loved the space. It’s basically like 3 hotel rooms. The bedrooms, bathrooms and balcony were all bigger than we anticipated. Plenty of room for everyone. We thought the pool and workout facilities were great. A really awesome place.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! Dean and the rest of the hosting team were incredibly responsive and helpful, especially when it came to planning our excursions—they truly went above and beyond. The condo itself was fantastic: exactly like the photos, spotlessly clean, and super comfortable. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches, from the two Revlon round brush hairdryers (plus a regular one!) to the books and games that made our downtime even more enjoyable. The terrace was a dream spot for morning coffee, and the pool and hot tubs were perfect for relaxing. The resort itself was great too—just a short, easy walk to the beach, with a phenomenal restaurant right downstairs (do NOT miss the tuna tartare!). Having a market and Starbucks nearby made everything incredibly convenient too. Highly recommend—this place was a total gem and made our trip unforgettable!
