Relax at Villa Solara 5, one of Costa Blanca Villas' finest luxury properties. Our home overlooks one of the many beautiful lakes at Mantarraya Golf Club. Situated on half an acre, this luxury villa features a large pool, spa jacuzzi, and patio designed for both entertaining and relaxation.
Guests enjoy full access to golf facilities as well as unlimited entry to the Decameron Beach Club and grounds throughout their stay.

The villa is located on prime land within Costa Blanca Villas in Farallon, Cocle, Panama, providing ample space to unwind and enjoy.
Wellness and Fitness
Guests have the option to access the gym at the nearby Decameron Beach Resort for an additional $30 per person for the entire stay. Gym access will be arranged upon arrival.
Guest Access and Services
- Free parking is available on-site.
- Transportation options can be arranged, including a driver for city tours.
- Recommendations for golf cart rentals within Costa Blanca Villas and Decameron Resort are available.
- Day visitors are permitted but must not exceed the villa’s maximum guest capacity.
- All visitors over 2 years old are required to pay a $30 “Pase Dia” fee.
Guest Requirements and Policies
- Reservations are accepted for guests aged 30 or older, except for families or groups with children.
- If guests are under 30, additional information about plans will be requested.
- Hosts reserve the right to cancel bookings if intentions are deemed not genuine.
Additional Details
- The villa recently underwent extensive renovations and is now fully prepared for a relaxing stay.
- A full-time property manager is nearby to assist if needed.
- The hot tub is naturally heated by solar energy; there is no gas or electric heating. Panama’s warm climate maintains comfortable temperatures.
- Bedroom 4 is smaller than the others, measuring approximately 8 feet by 10 feet, with a 3 feet by 3 feet loft area. This room is best suited for adults comfortable with a smaller space or for children.
Security Deposit
In some cases, a security deposit will be requested upon booking confirmation. This deposit is refundable after checkout, provided there is no property damage or house rule violations resulting in fines.
- The required deposit amount depends on the number of guests.
- Guests have 24 hours after booking confirmation to accept the deposit request.
- Declining the deposit after confirmation will result in immediate cancellation minus a $200 administration fee.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Early check-in is available from 11:00 AM for a $60 fee, subject to availability.
- Late check-out is available until 4:00 PM for a $60 fee, subject to availability.

- Polaris UTV vehicle
- Three pool deck cantilever umbrellas (the villa offers many shaded areas)
- Whole house audio system (alternative speakers are available)

Villa Solara provides a high-quality Weber Genesis 5-burner gas grill with unlimited LPG supply. A $50 fee for BBQ use and post-cleaning is included in the price under "Community Fee." If you do not plan to use the BBQ or bring your own, please inform us to have the fee deducted.
House Rules
- Parties are not allowed, and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Music volume must remain at a level that allows conversation and does not disturb neighbors.
- After 10:00 PM, music should be kept low out of respect for neighbors.
- Violations or repeated complaints may result in fines.
Electricity Usage Policy
To ensure comfort and fair resource use, a fair usage electricity policy is enforced. Excessive consumption beyond reasonable limits will incur additional charges.
- Please turn off or adjust air conditioning thermostats when rooms are unoccupied.
- Use LG high-efficiency systems responsibly; avoid setting AC to high fan at 18°C as it causes humidity and wastes energy.
- Recommended settings: AUTO at 22°C at night and AUTO at 27°C or off during the day if the room is vacant.

This house is GREAT for big groups, everyone can have their own space and there is plenty of equipment to accommodate everyone. Nikolas was great with us, always responsive and helpful with all our doubts and requests. A small detail of the house is that some areas have been remodeled leaving areas like kitchen and some bathrooms a bit old but other than that this is an amazing property.

Excelente lugar para desconectarse, tal como en las fotos. Las camas muy cómodas y el área de la piscina muy bonita, la casa estaba bien equipada además de acogedora y smart. La pasamos excelente con nuestra familia y mascotas! Nikolas y Viviana fueron muy amables. Volvería sin duda…

La casa es muy confortable, con zonas verdes y en un sector muy tranquilo, lo que permite relajarse y tener contacto con la naturaleza. Las camas muy cómodas y en general un nivel de limpieza muy bueno. Para los que les gusta la playa, es distante, se debe ir en carro, es un sitio también muy agradable.

Nuestra experiencia fue simplemente excelente! La casa es tal cual, hasta mejor, que en las fotos: limpia, amplia, bien equipada y con todas las comodidades para disfrutar al máximo. La ubicación es perfecta para descansar y pasar un tiempo increíble con amigos o familia. Lo que más nos sorprendió fue la atención del anfitrión: siempre disponible, atento a cada detalle y muy amable. Nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer momento, lo cual marcó toda la diferencia en nuestra estadía. Definitivamente un 10/10. Recomendadísimo y sin duda volveríamos!

Our stay was wonderful. The house is to die for, and the beds are extremely comfortable. Everything was clean, and the place made us feel welcome. Not to mention the commodities they had. Everything was just as shown in the pictures and beyond. We loved everything about this place and we are definitely going to be returning.

La casa es espectacular y merece mucho la pena para pasar un bonito tiempo en familia. Tiene amplios espacios para poder disfrutar; una piscina preciosa, barbacoa, gran comedor para compartir… tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar y más. Tanto la limpieza como el orden son impecables. El anfitrión Nikolas es un encanto. Siempre atento a cualquier necesidad para resolver de inmediato. Sin duda recomiendo este alojamiento, sobre todo si eres una persona que valora y cuida de las cosas buenas. Gracias Nikolas por todo.

El lugar es precioso, y nos sentimos como en casa. Mucha tecnología, y todo era muy cómodo. La atención muy buena, siempre disponibles cuando preguntaba sobre algo que no sabíamos e inclusive nos llamaron, aunque no hubiésemos preguntado. Aunque es costoso, hay espacio para 15 personas cómodamente, lo que hace que valga cada centavo. Pudimos llevar a mis tíos y familia, y la pasamos muy bien.
